La venta de una vivienda no sólo es encontrar al comprador adecuado, siempre van a aparecer imprevistos que hay que solventar con paciencia. El comprador apareció en febrero y el proceso acabó en junio, con problemas de herencias, 8 propietarios, inquilinos reticentes a dejar la vivienda,...Todo fue solucionado poco a poco por la inmobiliaria con paciencia y excelente trato.
