Negative experience: We had an appointment today at 1:00 PM with the real estate agency to look at an apartment for my partner for rent on Paseo Echegaray. When we saw they weren't coming, we called, and the girl told us it was already rented and that she couldn't get in touch with her because she didn't have a phone. THAT IS A LIE, you spoke to her on the phone and via message on the Idealista page, why are you doing this? After that, I tried to call several times to ask for explanations, and they hung up on me. On top of that, my partner had to do the impossible to change his work schedule to be able to go to the appointment they mentioned. I can understand that someone arrives early and rents it, but at least notify, and don't say you couldn't when it's a lie. People shouldn't be treated like this, and I want it to be in writing.
