Negative experience: Beware of these people, they lack professional ethics, are dishonest, and always get away with it. The salesperson Joselin, or whatever name she feels like using, uses any means to obtain information from property owners or tenants. For example: - Leaves notes under the door with another name, Milagros (see photo) - Never identifies as Tecnocasa. - At the intercom, pretends to be a neighbor, rings another neighbor's bell and says she comes on behalf of another property owner, which is a lie. Or brings a letter for such property owner saying their full name, meaning they completely ignore data protection policies. - Calls non-stop at any hour. Even when you ask them to erase your info, they call as many times as necessary until they manage to get a response. - Adds and communicates via WhatsApp without permission. - Rings the intercom and enters the building stating they are from the post office. - Rings other neighbors and asks for information about other apartments claiming they were called or some other lie. They will respond, it's a salesperson we knew nothing about, which will also be a lie because the franchisee Diego is her boss and agrees with these dishonest policies, in fact, she trains other salespeople to do the same. Do not let her into the building. Demand that the post office leaves letters inside the mailbox and not outside, that's where she collects private data. They have 4.5 stars, of course, if all their friends leave 5-star reviews …
