Fantastic experience: We worked with realtor Tatyana Danilyuk and were satisfied. We had an urgent move for a short period with a dog (which is very difficult), and she was able to promptly find us accommodation. Fantastic experience: We had a great experiance with Engel & Völkers thanks to the great service of two of their agents: Sonia Gimeno and Thomas Wiegand. We migrated from Holland and bought a house in the area of Carcaixent. Thomas was our purchase agent. He really made great effort to help us find the home we we're looking for. Nothing was too much: He showed us houses that were just coming on the market, drove us around for many days, really listened to what we we're searching for (and trust me: a lot of realtors in Spain we've met do not make those efforts). When we found our home, Thomas connected us with the right people, setup appointments for us with the notary. Helped us with all our questions and was reliable. Sonia was the sales agent representing the owner of the house we we're going to buy. She was wonderfull. Especially after we bought our new home, she helped us everything! She arranged water- and energycontracts, connected us to thrustworthy builders, electricians, plumbers, she helped us a lot with translating. She was our rock in our first months. We we're really impressed with the help we've gotten. Now the courtage of E&V isn't low when buying a house (3%), but we can only conclude that Thomas and Sonia made it worth every penny: thanks to their impressive service, we didn't need a gestor, a lawyer, a translator. If you are buying a house in the area Alzira - Xativa - Ontinyent we can highly recommend them!
