Negative experience: Absolutely astounding the lack of professionalism and seriousness of the agent EROS!! We were very interested in a house in Bétera that we saw on an online portal. Last week, after talking on the phone with the agent for over 20 minutes, we agreed that he would call me on Tuesday, October 22, to give me the exact address and visit it today, Wednesday. As he didn't call me, on Wednesday the 23rd I called him to remind him of the appointment, and he tells me that they thought about the real estate agency that we would see it tomorrow, the 24th. What kind of informality is this? He doesn't notify me and expects me to adjust to his schedule. Last week he couldn't do any day, this week it had to be, first Wednesday and now it has to be Thursday. I can't do Thursday and he says, 'Okay, sorry a lot.' Seriously, does this real estate agency operate this way? At no point does he seem to have the intention of trying to schedule another appointment. On top of that, they ask for exclusivity… honestly, I am scared to make transactions with this real estate agency!!

I had already worked with them on the sale of my mother's apartment and indeed, they remain as professional as ever. Negative experience: Attention, I also see other reviews like mine, I confirm what they say. They were really dishonest, all they want is to take their commission (very high). They made me purchase a property stating in the description that it already had a tourist license, but the municipality confirmed to me that it was not true, it never had one. Furthermore, the land had a bureaucratic irregularity and the agency assured me time and again that after the sale they would take care of fixing things. Obviously, they made me buy it only to later tell me there was nothing to be done while downplaying the problem. Now I am stuck with the irregular land! Don't buy here, they have no ethics, it's just business!

La casa tenía varios problemas que podrían entropezar la venta, algunos de ellos como: con la comunidad de vecinos o con pagos de impuestos de ayuntamiento de mi pueblo. Lo comente y jamas escondí detalles de los mismos para que la venta fue clara. No dudaron en aceptar la venta y me solucionaron todos los problemas que tenía la casa ellos mismos ya que tienen ayuda jurídica en todo momento. Se que hicieron un montón de trabajo tanto para venderla como con la gestión de post venta con papeles. Confié plenamente a ellos todo el trámite. Anteriormente fui a varias inmobiliarias y nadie quiso hacerme caso con la problemática. A partir de entonces he tenido varios encuentros con ellos tanto para venta como para compra de inmuebles.
