Negative experience: On 06/14/2021, we reserved a new construction apartment and then signed the purchase agreement with the intervention as a real estate agent from Ubicalia de Negocios SL. I have documentary proof of your intervention. We paid 20% of the stipulated price in installments to the developer Vidal de Blanes Elite SL, who was supposed to deliver the keys by 06/30/24. The construction was completed in April 2024, but the apartment has still not been delivered, the developer does not respond, and Ubicalia de Negocios S.L. is ignoring our requests for answers regarding the transaction. Today we feel deceived for having trusted the advertising of Ubicalia and its prestige to make our decision on what has turned out to be a failed transaction.

Fantastic experience: For the sale of an apartment, the emotional factor sometimes counts. In my case, due to work circumstances, I couldn't dedicate time to all the details of selling a property. Negative experience: I don't like to leave negative reviews, but as a salesperson, I know how customers should be treated, and the treatment I received from one of their agents did not seem appropriate. I was scheduled for a viewing at a certain time, and apart from spending exactly 10 minutes showing me the apartment, it was made very clear to me that the contracts should be signed as soon as possible, around mid-May. I don't quite understand the insistence on emphasizing that twice, once in person and once over the phone. I mentioned that I had pre-approved the mortgage and that there wouldn’t be a problem, but I felt judged at that moment. I met with the owner of the apartment, and he insisted on showing me certain areas that the real estate agent considered unimportant, and all she said was that we would run into another visit. I have an appointment scheduled (9:30), and I should be attended to for as long as necessary because I am going to spend a considerable amount of money; I am not buying a pair of pants, but a house for a lifetime. Therefore, I believe that the treatment from the real estate agent left much to be desired. They seem to forget that they take a 3% + VAT (not a joke). I left the apartment, and I loved it, so I asked what I needed to do to reserve it and make an offer. She replied with the amount but didn’t give me the account number. I insisted several times through WhatsApp because I didn't get an answer and was afraid of losing the apartment. Mid-morning, I called because I still didn't have a response, and she told me she would give me a second appointment so we could resolve all doubts. The day ended without a response from her. I am disappointed again by the treatment received. The next day she calls me and schedules a specific time, confirming she would resolve all my doubts. At 11:00, she sends me a WhatsApp saying the owner has already accepted a proposal and immediate signing. My face upon seeing the message and how I felt reading it... I wanted to make the reservation, and they didn’t let me. If they already had a proposal on the table, they should have informed me during the visit. I feel like they laughed at me and made me build hopes when they knew perfectly well that the apartment wasn’t for me. They play with people’s hopes, and remember they sell houses, not clothes. Sad, disappointed, and very unsatisfied. I will never seek anything with you and will never recommend you.

Negative experience: Two experiences with them: good attention to formalize the contracts but not after the signing. I believe it is difficult for real estate agencies to be truly objective between owners and tenants (it's like acting as both defense lawyer and prosecutor at the same time) but they should also be able to mediate and inform both parties well from start to finish of the contract. The summary is that they have collected their commission and then disregard the situation (in addition to doing nothing, they do not respond to emails or calls). I can provide more details privately. I do not recommend it.
