Negative experience: Very bad experience, the first year we were given the apartment in very poor condition, dirty and with the owner's belongings all over the place. The second year, firstly, a clause detailed in the contract was not fulfilled, which states that the apartment should be reviewed with the tenants, resulting in us being charged for a cleaning (under the table) of about 14.5 hours for an apartment that doesn't exceed 80m2. Secondly, despite our dissatisfaction, we received a completely false invoice because the worker is not registered and the owner generates it as he sees fit without detailing where such a large expense comes from. Not to mention all the problems we have had during our stay in the apartment and the delays in providing solutions to them. I do not recommend it, lack of professionalism. Of course, we are leaving it in the hands of a lawyer.

Negative experience: Very very bad experience. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. Firstly, they charged us fees, when it should be the real estate agency's responsibility, not the tenants renting the flat. On the other hand, when we left the STUDENT flat, they charged us for cleaning, supposedly because it was not clean. (We went specifically to clean the flat, and we left it in good condition). I have my parents as witnesses who came to help me with my things. They charged us 145€ for cleaning by a girl who came to clean (the flat is tiny and can be cleaned in 2 hours). Moreover, we do not know who the girl is that came to clean, whether she is registered, or what company did the work. And to top it off, they did not provide us with the cleaning invoice. I find it shameful and very lacking in empathy for this real estate agency to behave this way with STUDENTS. Because we are 21-year-old girls who had to rent a flat since we had no other option. Carlos scammed us and behaved terribly with us. The only thing we asked is that they do not charge us for cleaning, as the price is outrageous.

In the end, the owner kept the deposit money without giving any explanations and the Cabañal district never took responsibility for anything; all processes were unprofessional, and in the end, no one could answer me about the deposit as it was never deposited in the bank. He is an atypical real estate agent, in the sense that he is more likely to give you good advice, instead of selling you a property. Negative experience: No os recomiendo NADA esta inmobiliaria. Ni se os ocurra alquilar ni una vivienda. Querían meter a mis hijos en la calle ISIDRO BALLESTER, la PEOR zona de Valencia, sin ningún tipo de escrúpulos. Totalmente no recomendable, ni se os ocurra. SON UNOS SINVERGÜENZAS.
