Negative experience: I have felt completely deceived by the sale of my property. Beware, they charge commissions to both the seller and the buyer.!!!!! I have had to handle several procedures that they should have carried out. When we went to sign the deeds at the notary, the person who was supposedly supposed to have everything organized didn't even know where to start, and for that, they charged us double. I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, they are not professional!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Phone contact yesterday 10/09/2024 with Alejandro. We scheduled an appointment to visit a property today 11/09/2024, after discussing the rental conditions and our profile. Today when we arrived, he denied that we had an appointment until he checked his schedule and apologized for his 'oversight', and then he started making excuses to avoid the visit claiming that last night (?) he met with the owners and they were looking for a young couple without children for the rental (we are talking about a 4-bedroom property...) and that our profile was not suitable for this property (all of this without having seen any of our documents, etc...). And when we confronted him for not notifying us to cancel the appointment, his response was that he hadn’t had time since yesterday to today at 1 PM... We are outraged by the lack of respect and also professionalism.

Fantastic experience: You see such young guys and at first it puts you off, but everything they have in youth they make up for with hard work, always advising you bluntly and realistically, thanks especially to José, my salesperson, and to Wail and Alejandro for the times they helped.

Fantastic experience: An excellent treatment by the employees. They perfectly understood my needs and quickly found a buyer for me. They carried out all the necessary procedures for the sale of the apartment impeccably and swiftly. Very good communication.

Negative experience: They are scammers, be careful with what you sign because they trick you into signing clauses with KIRON that are abusive and in very small print, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give less. After 15 days of trying to contact them, the result is IMPOSSIBLE. We called them, they told us they couldn't attend to us, that they would call us back, and that call never came. And today they call us to inform us that the apartment is already reserved when, in theory, they weren't making visits due to a lack of staff. I had heard bad things about this real estate agency, but now I see for myself that it is ONE OF THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENCIES. Additionally, it is one of the most expensive, both for buyers and sellers.

Negative experience: Is it allowed for a real estate agent to enter a private portal, go up the different floors, and ring doorbells offering their services? In my opinion, I don't think it is. In any case, one should go to ask for services or information. Know that they are doing it. It can be reported.

Negative experience: Enough with the harassment. If I want to sell my house, I will contact the real estate agency myself. Stop calling the portal and the home, and stop hanging around private properties to gather personal data from mailboxes.
