Negative experience: My experience has been very negative, the worst of all the real estate agencies I have worked with. During the visit to an apartment on Sandoval Street, I was forced to negotiate and try to close the deal in front of other buyers, who were waiting for the next visit. The real estate agent who dealt with us was lacking in professionalism. We requested a document to be able to make the offer effective and she did not provide it. This morning we tried to contact her by phone and she did not answer. We said we wanted the apartment, she promised to call us back, and to our surprise, she wrote to inform us that it has already been sold. As I understand, there is a priority based on the order of visits, which they arbitrarily skipped.

Negative experience: After visiting Sandoval Street, 5 in Valladolid for the purchase of an apartment, I was informed that they still do not have offers, so I want to make a written offer. The person attending me, C__la, told me that they do not have formal reservation sheets through which a purchase commitment is acquired by exchanging an established amount of money (€3000), and she promised to send it to me in the afternoon to be able to make the reservation. In a reservation sheet, they must respond to me if it is accepted, if the price is maintained, or if there is a counteroffer, and based on that, I can make a decision as a buyer. My surprise was that when I called the next day, the apartment had been sold without any order of priority or ethics. Very unprofessional. I give them one star because at least they apologized for their mistake, acknowledging it, but a real estate manager is not just there to open doors; they must know the legal functioning and certain protocols to ensure that neither buyers nor the property feel used or deceived.

Negative experience: A la espera de firmar un contrato de compraventa y de la devolución de una trasferencia.... Más de 15 días... Sería muy desagradable tener que acudir a la policía.

Fantastic experience: Nosotros nos hemos adherido también a la cooperativa que está desarrollando el Residencial Monasterio en Villa del Prado y estamos muy satisfechos pues a día de hoy no ha habido incremento alguno en el precio y la constructora está cumpliendo los plazos inicialmente previsto con finalización de obra a final de año, algo muy importante para nosotros y mas en los tiempos que corren de pandemia. Hemos leído una reseña anterior y parece que se han equivocado de cooperativa pues en la nuestra la atención tanto de los comerciales como de la gestora está siendo muy buena y nos resuelven todas las dudas que se plantean. De hecho, casi todas las semanas envían una circular con información exhaustiva de todo lo que va sucediendo y son de las pocas que tiene una microsite propia a la que podemos acceder todos los socios y consultar información completa relativa a la promoción.
