Positive experience: Hello, we bought an apartment with the Procasa agency. The initial contacts with Carine, the salesperson, were excellent and we closed the deal thanks to her. However, the meetings with Natalia, the agency director, were not as warm and her stubbornness delayed the handover of the keys by 15 days. Natalia was the downside of our transaction. Our trusting relationships with Carine enabled the sale of another apartment and a house. We thank Carine without whom our move to Roses would not have been possible. We commend her professionalism and availability. Regarding the layout of our rooftop, we did not choose the study office in Roses. The waiting times for quotes and their costs were prohibitive.
