Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service they provided to sell my apartment, for several reasons: - The accuracy with the selling price. I consulted 3 real estate agencies, and between the lowest estimate and this one, which was the highest, there was a difference of more than 25%. Someone was wrong, and I was afraid that going with the highest one would mean not selling the apartment for months and lowering the price, but that was not the case - to convince me, they told me that it would be enough to give them 2 months of exclusivity, and indeed, the apartment was sold in less than 2 months at a price close to the estimate. - The commission, at 3%, is low compared to the rest of the market (Tecnocasa asked me for 6%; the other one I consulted, EasyHome, was better in this, flat fee of 1500€, but their price estimate was low). - The treatment and service. Daniel, the person who handled the sale, worked wonderfully, first with the visits and, once the buyer was found, with all the management, including issues that he didn’t have to take care of, like changing the mailbox lock whose key I had lost.

Negative experience: En el mes de abril pusimos, mi mujer y yo, el piso en venta. Ellos fueron los que nos aconsejaron el precio y así lo hicimos. Al mes de tenerlo en venta,como no se vendía nos llamaron para bajar el precio y nuestra respuesta fue que no, porque a un mes de empezar no se puede bajar el precio, entiendo que se haga después de 4-5 meses. El contrato con ellos fue en exclusividad (pagamos la novatada) y se llevaban, si no me equivoco, un 5% del precio total de la venta, una barbaridad, pero aceptamos. Gustavo, fue el comercial que nos adjudicaron en un principio, él muy educado pero sin ninguna profesionalidad . Visitas que tardaban no más de 5 minutos de reloj y en ellas, incluiso abría la puerta de los armarios para enseñar a las visitas. Con el tiempo nos adjudicaron a otra comercial,una señora rubia del que no recuerdo el nombre, que igualmente las visitas eran muy breves, pero cierto es que muy educada y no abría la puerta de los armarios. Por último, finalizamos el contrato el 30 de noviembre sin llegar a venderla (ya habíamos decidido quedarnos en ella) y hoy, 3 de enero, todavía siguen con en venta en su página web y en Idealista. Ya está avisado el Director de la oficina y espero que esta semana esté solucionado el problema. No creo que volvamos a poner el piso en venta, pero una cosa tengo clara, RedPiso sería la última opción para hacerlo. Inmobiliaria totalmente desaconsejable .

Positive experience: Compre una vivienda con ellos,la Comisión es alta pero te buscan la mejor financiación,hay que estar pendiente de todo porque para darte un recibo se tardan y si no se lo piden pasan por alto y sueltas el dinero de reserva del piso y de la tasación y al final ni ves el certificado de la misma y el dinero de reserva no se te devuelve porque entra en el proceso de la entrada de la compra jiji,No estoy disgustada Per o igual son un poco raros con el tema de la venta,yo al final compre, no me arrepiento perooo si volviera a tener la oportunidad de comprar lo haría por el Banco..Que conste no son malos y hacen lo que puedan con su trabajo ya que ellos también son unos mandado.igualmente gracias a los de Red piso Camino viejo de Leganés porque ya tengo casa.
