Negative experience: Disappointing experience. I contacted this agency, specifically Alexandra, to schedule a visit to an apartment offered for sale. On Friday, I arranged to visit it with her on Monday at 5:30 PM. Today, Monday, I headed to the property's address, and half an hour before, I called this person to confirm my attendance. To my surprise, she answered the phone and told me that the apartment had already been marked since Friday and that she was sorry but had forgotten to call me. 'Forgot to call me?' What kind of way is that to treat people? Don’t they keep a schedule to note the visits they have each day? They made me waste my time, as I left work early to attend the meeting, and it was all for nothing. A complete lack of professionalism and formality.
