Negative experience: The worst treatment I have received while viewing an apartment. I had an appointment to see an apartment today in Alcorcón. Besides arriving late without even notifying that he was late. He tells me that the viewing is 15 minutes long because there are people interested in viewing the apartment. I am going to buy an apartment which is an investment, not to be treated like cattle. Plus the lack of respect he showed to my companions who don't know about apartments. That's what you're here for, to tell us about what I want to buy. The whole time he was in a hurry, and he canceled the appointment on the very same day I was supposed to see it on Tuesday. In a hurry on Wednesday. This is not how you sell an apartment. I would like to see it with another representative. More time and treat me like a person, not like cattle. Secondly, the scam that the apartment doesn’t match the photos because furniture can be removed. This is not stated in the ad. It's a shame that I found out earlier through Idealista that the apartment is no longer available than through them.

Fantastic experience: A 5 out of 5!!!!! The best definition I can come up with is that my partner and I felt that the solutions and the treatment from the company were completely selfless. I believe that the customer and their satisfaction come first, and on that path, it is very difficult for them to go wrong. The reason was that I am looking for an apartment for two people, and one of them doesn't have the seniority but does have a permanent contract, and right there, he cut me off and told me no, he wouldn't let me speak, and in the end, he was shouting: but how much do you earn, Maryan, how much do you earn? Here he went overboard with the shouting, and I had to cut him off. But did he know how much I earned? No, because he didn't let me speak. Fantastic experience: Good afternoon, it took me a while to write the review, I should have written it sooner but with the new house it was impossible. I want to thank you for the work done, Raquel Sánchez and especially Lola Ramos from the financial department. I tell my story to whoever may be interested. 2 years ago I sold my parents' house (in Las Rosas) with them and everything went very well, so to avoid problems with the mortgage I needed for my new house in Villalbilla I was clear that I would request it with them. I started looking at mortgages for my house early on, it was a very complicated mortgage because I wanted to merge 50,000 euros from a multi-currency mortgage in Swiss francs (from my house in Vicálvaro, now rented) and 150,000 euros from the house I was buying. So I needed 200,000 euros. Raquel sent Lola to me to look at the operation, she asked me for a thousand papers, which I delivered quickly. After a month we had an offer and we met, we had a bank that accepted the operation but not with the entire amount, it was a slightly lower amount 187,000 euros but acceptable. But my house under construction was delayed and the bank's offer changed and they stopped granting me what they offered me, the operation with that bank was no longer viable and they had to look for another bank for me again. I had to resubmit and update the paperwork. A lot of work on their part and they had not charged me anything, a lot of effort on their part because the big banks did not want to nationalize the multi-currency mortgage. In the end we got a mortgage in a rural savings bank. The mortgage did not have the best interest rate in the world 1.6 fixed (they would not have granted it to me if it were not for them) and I was super happy to be able to buy the new house while keeping my previous house (now rented) combining both in a single mortgage. Of course the next operation with them.

Fantastic experience: Vohome Las Rosas/San Blas. They didn’t only do what they are supposed to do, but also a lot of value-added things that are beyond my expectation. I must say that I paid VOHOME commission, in turn, VOHOME saved me more money than I have paid. I searched from internet and visited a number of properties before I approached VOHOME. The quotation from individual owners were much higher than VOHOME suggested. Therefore, I understand that VOHOME managed the seller’s expectation nicely before they put them on the board. As a result, the deal will be concluded promptly. As a foreigner, I don’t speak Spanish. VOHOME people treated me as a family member. They helped me to deal with utility companies, such as gas, water, electricity. You cannot imagine how complex and difficult to handle these stuffs as a foreigner. They also helped to cope with the furniture the vendor left. They were big and heavy. I didn’t know how to handle. VOHOME two staffs moved some of them from the 4th floor to ground floor, which couldn’t be put into the lift due to size. I bought an oven, but the electric socket did not fit the plug. The vendor would charge me 32 euros so as to fix it. VOHOME’s staff replaced a new socket for me without any charge. I must say VOHOME’s service is very impressive. I strongly recommend VOHOME Las Rosas/San Blas.
