Negative experience: Las inmobiliarias son usureras, te piden dinero para hacer una llamada para una contraoferta, esta es una de ellas, un mes lleva un familiar para que le devuelvan su dinero. NUNCA DEIS DINERO POR ADELANTADO PARA NADA!!!!!! Lo mejor que podéis hacer es no tener intermediarios carroñeros.

Negative experience: No pongo un menos 10 porque no me deja, hice una "reserva" de 200€ para hacer una contraoferta por un piso que vi en fotocasa. Pablo el agente inmobiliario en todo momento fue muy amable y me dijo que ese dinero se me devolvería sin problema si al final no me quedaba con el piso. Como la contraoferta no me convenció dije que me devolvieran el dinero, la amabilidad desapareció y mi dinero sigo sin verlo. No creo que se tarden más de 2 semanas en hacer una transferencia, ya que la transferencia que yo hice no tardó ni 2 minutos en efectuarse, y a saber cuándo me devuelven el dinero, si es que me lo devuelven. Como consejo no confiéis en ellos, y mucho menos hagáis caso de lo que os dicen ya que dista mucho de la realidad.

Negative experience: It's a complete SHAME how we have been SCAMMED. I rented a flat for a university year (from September to June). During that period, the woman in charge of the accounts, Marian, did not do her job properly. She took a long time to send us the invoices, sometimes she wouldn't respond to us, and we had to go in person for her to tell us how much we had to pay since she didn't manage the accounts adequately. When June came, we left the flat just as we had found it, cleaning it thoroughly. However, we were forced to pay for a cleaner of whom we have no information, as they did not provide us with any invoice or proof of cleaning. I proposed to Marian that, if necessary, I would go one day in July to clean the flat again in her presence, but they did not give us the opportunity. They didn't even answer our calls. It's a shame that we have been scammed this way. When I read reviews, I found out that they have done this several times. When I asked them to send me a photo of what was supposedly dirty, they told me they had no time. I also offered to go myself one day for them to show me what was wrong, but they replied that they were not going to show me. They treated us horribly; when I called or wrote to them, they got annoyed because they didn't want to talk or respond to me; they are not professional at all; they don't do their job well. If their job is to scam, in that case, they have done it well.

Negative experience: They take a long time to return the deposit, if they even return it, because once they sell you the story of the apartments, then when you leave the apartment, they treat you terribly and delay a lot. I know many people who have had the same experience.

In response to the reviews from Juna Luis Lara and Carlos López Espinosa, I would like to mention that we are not the property owners and we act according to what the owner tells us. The cleaning is done by the property, and the price is set by the cleaner. According to what you said, the apartment has 70m2 when it actually has 90m2 with a bathroom and a toilet. Regarding the return of the deposit, it cannot be refunded until all pending utilities (electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) are paid, which in some cases can take two months to arrive. As for the cleaning, it depends on the condition in which the tenants leave it.

We intervened in your favor to finish the course without any harm to you. The following year, you rented another property through us, having made a written commitment to adhere to certain neighborhood coexistence rules. Moreover, you had discrepancies among the three tenants and we intervened to prevent issues between you (considering that you are adults and not children). That is why we find your review incoherent. Negative experience: I went to see an apartment this afternoon with my partner. Under the conditions (being a 12-month rental), the real estate agent is asking us for 50% of the fees, to which I asked him, 'Excuse me, doesn’t the law say that the real estate fees are the responsibility of the landlord?' He replied, 'Yes, but what they usually do is inflate the price of the apartment so that in the end the tenants pay for it. To avoid this, we have agreed with the landlord that the fees will be split 50% by the landlord and the other 50% by the tenant.' I asked him, 'And isn't that reportable?' He replied, 'Yes, but by the time you file a case, pay a lawyer, and get a response in 2 years, it will end up costing you more than my fees.' I believe that if landlords do not have money to pay the real estate agency (which they do, but they don’t want to), they should find their own tenants, and it should be the real estate agencies that do not allow such practices. In summary, we did not rent with them, saving ourselves a scam of €275 in this case.

I contacted MC INMOBILIARIA to view some properties for sale on IDEALISTA, but they were not available anymore. 'Luckily', they had a house that has 'just been listed' that may interest me. I hoped the sale would proceed fast - my offer was subject to finance and receiving all the documents needed for purchase and the planning department. Unfortunately, the house did not have documentation that would allow financing the purchase. 1. Size advertised on website 182 sqm, actual size 152 sqm (they were aware of discrepancy but not sharing it), property register size 40 sqm, which meant it could get a valuation until obra-nueva-antigua was done to legalise the square meters that were added without a permit. According to the agents, the procedure was going to be fast and easy, but months later, it was still not ready. - No ITE, meaning that to purchase this house, you would need to get a reconstruction project approved before finance - in this area of Granada, it can take 1 - 2 years; local agents should know this. This is not a property that can be sold with a mortgage unless you defraud a bank. - House had administrative fines that affected the current owner - they were ordered to secure and repair the building which they are in breach of - electricity is connected illegally, an occupier who was ordered by the council to leave due to the house being inhabitable is still there, even though the building is being sold as empty. During the process: - agency insisted I pay Arras of 3000 euros WITHOUT ANY CONTRACT and directly into the owner’s account - they say it is normal, but say goodbye to your money if you do that; - finally, after I insisted they created a contract that I, unfortunately, signed pushed by them - which resulted in me losing the deposit even though the pre-contract agreement was not met (subject to finance and documentation), - they still refuse to put me in touch with the owner. She is a 92 years old lady, and I am afraid she may be unaware of what is happening between the agency and her daughter, who is taking care of her. TO SUM IT UP Be extremely careful as real estate offices are not subject to any regulations in Andalucia. It is as risky to buy through them as if you purchased from a person in the street.

También hemos tenido problemas, al igual que he leído en otros comentarios por mentiras y difamaciones por parte de la inmobiliaria.
