Negative experience: Las inmobiliarias son usureras, te piden dinero para hacer una llamada para una contraoferta, esta es una de ellas, un mes lleva un familiar para que le devuelvan su dinero. NUNCA DEIS DINERO POR ADELANTADO PARA NADA!!!!!! Lo mejor que podéis hacer es no tener intermediarios carroñeros.

Negative experience: No pongo un menos 10 porque no me deja, hice una "reserva" de 200€ para hacer una contraoferta por un piso que vi en fotocasa. Pablo el agente inmobiliario en todo momento fue muy amable y me dijo que ese dinero se me devolvería sin problema si al final no me quedaba con el piso. Como la contraoferta no me convenció dije que me devolvieran el dinero, la amabilidad desapareció y mi dinero sigo sin verlo. No creo que se tarden más de 2 semanas en hacer una transferencia, ya que la transferencia que yo hice no tardó ni 2 minutos en efectuarse, y a saber cuándo me devuelven el dinero, si es que me lo devuelven. Como consejo no confiéis en ellos, y mucho menos hagáis caso de lo que os dicen ya que dista mucho de la realidad.
