Negative experience: No alquiléis con esta agencia si queréis tener unas vacaciones tranquilas. Nosotros no alquilamos con ellos pero tuvimos la desgracia de alquilar una casa al lado de una casa de su agencia ocupada por unos impresentables que durante el finde de semana 24/7 estuvieron con la música a tope, no se podía aguantar aquella situación, incluso desde dentro de la casa se hacía insoportable el ruido. Totalmente desamparados por la propia guardia urbana ( el sábado por la tarde denunciaron 5 vecinos el ruido que había) y por los de la agencia que alquilaron la casa que en ningún momento dieron la cara. No se aventuren y no alquilen con ellos nunca jamás porque ante cualquier problema se encontrarán con en una situación insoportable. Y eso que se anuncia como una zona tranquila “Begur”. Todos los ocupantes del apartamento se comprometen a respetar a los vecinos del edificio y casas cercanas, no haciendo ruido molesto ni poniendo música a volúmenes inadecuados. Se reserva el derecho de cancelar este contrato con efectos inmediatos y sin indemnización en caso de grave incumplimiento de estas normas de respeto vecinal. Esto lo pone en el contrato de alquiler de viviendas turísticas. Pero es papel mojado parece ser. En este país el que cumple las normas es un pringado y el que se las pasa por el forro de los pantalones un adelantado. Así nos va

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs – Casa Marc, Begur (Spain) Our stay at Casa Marc was a complete disaster from start to finish. Nothing matched the description. The so-called “well-maintained garden” was a total wilderness, with a BBQ area that looked like it had never been cleaned. Nails were sticking up from the terrace, and loose decking boards were literally floating in the pool. Inside was no better. We experienced electrical short circuits every time we touched certain switches, the washing machine didn’t work at all, and the oven was faulty. Almost nothing functioned properly – from taps to showers to window frames that wouldn’t open. Despite raising these issues, we received no refund. The price–quality ratio is absolutely zero. We ended up leaving earlier than planned because living in this property was simply unbearable. Do yourself a favour and don’t book this place!

Ignoran los mensajes y, si reclamas, inventan excusas para no devolver el dinero. Ya presentamos denuncia en la OMIC. Evita problemas: busca otra agencia. Do not rent with Inmobiliaria Comangau. They kept our deposit without justification, even though the house was returned in perfect condition. They ignore messages and, if you follow up, they make up excuses to avoid paying you back. We’ve already filed a complaint with the local consumer authorities. Avoid the hassle—rent elsewhere.

LES VENTILATEURS DE PLAFOND DU SALON ET CHAMBRES ONT ÉTÉ TRÉS APPRÉCIÉS. LA SALLE D’EAU NEUVE EST SUPERBE. LA TERRASSE EST TRÈS AGRÉABLE. LE GRAND TERRAIN TRÈS PRATIQUE POUR NOS AMIS À QUATRE PATTES ( SAUF LES EPILETS AVEC CE CLIMAT TRÈS SEC). JE RELOUERAI ACEC PLAISIR.
Fantastic experience: Pour notre deuxième séjour à Bégur nous avons, une fois de plus, pu profiter du calme, de l'équipement et de l'espace qu'offre la Casa Estrella. Inutile de préciser que s'il y a un retour à Bégur ce sera sans aucune hésitation cet hébergement.

Fantastic experience: Vaig tenir una molt bona experiència mentre buscava un pis de lloguer. Des del primer moment van ser molt amables, professionals i propers. Em van assessorar molt bé, resolent tots els meus dubtes i acompanyant-me durant tot el procés. Em van oferir opcions que s’ajustaven perfectament al que necessitava i es van mostrar molt transparents amb tota la informació. Ha estat una gestió fàcil, ràpida i de confiança. Fantastic experience: Estem molt contents amb el servei rebut. Ens han atès amb professionalitat, amabilitat i una gran atenció al detall durant tot el procés. Negative experience: No recomiendo esta agencia inmobiliaria. Desde el primer momento, el trato ha sido poco profesional y difícil. Cuando fuimos a recoger las llaves, una de las gerentes estaba fumando en su mesa, lo cual fue bastante impactante en pleno 2025. Todo el despacho olía a tabaco. Tuvimos problemas con la calefacción al llegar, llamamos dos veces porque la casa estaba muy fría y los calefactores tardaban en calentar, pero solo nos dijeron que no nos preocupáramos y que nos contactarían. Nunca vino nadie ni nos dieron más explicaciones. La casa en sí estuvo muy bien: una rústica con comodidades básicas, vistas preciosas y un entorno singular. Sin embargo, la gestión de la agencia dejó mucho que desear. No repetiría con ellos.

Ens sap greu que la vostra experiència no hagi estat del tot satisfactòria, però ens agradaria aclarir alguns punts importants.
Des del primer moment, hem estat disponibles per atendre totes les vostres consultes i peticions. A més, us vam oferir flexibilitat amb els horaris d’entrada i sortida, permetent-vos accedir a l’allotjament a les 12 h del matí en lloc de les 16 h establertes, i sortir a les 12 h en comptes de les 10 h, sense cap cost addicional.
Pel que fa a la calefacció, quan vau arribar, la casa es trobava a 20 °C, en perfectes condicions. El gas es va acabar durant la vostra estada, fet que pot passar en qualsevol allotjament amb aquest sistema. En menys de 30 minuts, el nostre equip de manteniment es va desplaçar a la casa per fer el canvi, i en mitja hora el sistema tornava a funcionar amb normalitat. A més, se us va informar puntualment sobre la resolució de la incidència.
També volem destacar que, tot i que habitualment la persona que fa la reserva és qui recull les claus, en el vostre cas vam fer una excepció i les va recollir una altra persona. En cap moment hem tingut contacte directe amb vostè, cosa que ens sobta tenint en compte alguns dels comentaris fets.
Pel que fa a l’estat de la casa en finalitzar la vostra estada, sabem que el servei de neteja està inclòs, però sempre demanem als hostes que deixin l’espai mínimament recollit. En aquest cas, la casa es va trobar amb el mobiliari mogut per tot arreu i en un estat de desordre considerable, la qual cosa va suposar feina addicional per al nostre equip. Malgrat això, no se us va aplicar cap càrrec extra per aquest motiu.
A més, la sessió de fotos que vau realitzar a la casa va ser una petició que es va comunicar després d’haver fet la reserva. Tot i que els lloguers per localitzacions fotogràfiques tenen tarifes molt més elevades, es va accedir a permetre-la sense cobrar cap extra, un altre gest de flexibilitat per part nostra.
El que més ens sorprèn és rebre aquesta ressenya una setmana després de la vostra sortida i un cop retornada la fiança. Si realment hi hagués hagut alguna incidència, hauria estat més adequat comunicar-ho directament amb nosaltres, ja que som els únics que podíem oferir-vos una solució immediata.
Valorem totes les opinions dels nostres clients, però també creiem que aquestes han de ser transparents i basades en fets reals. Portem 45 anys dedicats a l’allotjament turístic i a l’atenció de clients, oferint un servei compromès i professional. Negative experience: We were very disappointed because despite three reminders sent by the agency via Airbnb about the rules of the pool and the house, upon arriving with our two children, we found that the pool was empty... it was still 25 degrees. We would not have booked this establishment at a very high price without a pool. Additionally, the sheets were not comfortable and scratched. We had to pick up the keys at the agency 10 minutes by car from the accommodation and return them by 10 AM - and pay the equivalent of one night for cleaning, too high considering we had to return the keys before 10 AM and remove all the sheets... a shame; otherwise, the place is impressive with a beautiful view.

We have been working in Begur in the tourism sector for over 40 years, and we have never had the slightest intention of scamming anyone, so we sincerely apologize again if you have felt that way.
Negative experience: The salesperson on the phone was very kind, but the next day she no longer worked there. After writing, calling them, going to the office, visiting a property, and providing information: weeks later nothing, no response, not even to say 'no!'. This is about renting a house, something serious for a family. It's not just about getting your nails done. I hope things go well for them, and that when they have a similar situation, they are treated better.
Negative experience: The worst treatment I have ever received in my life from a 'professional', in addition to that, arrogant and rude, shouting on two occasions, due to a mistake on their part. My advice, stay away from this real estate agency.
Positive experience: The house is very well located, you can walk to Begur, which is very pleasant. The plot of the house has 4 levels, as it is on a slope. This translates into beautiful views of the sea and the town of Begur, with the castle illuminated at night. For families with small children or people with mobility issues, it is not the most suitable house. We were 5 adults and 3 teenagers and the house was perfect.

Positive experience: Very good contact at the entrance of our accommodation (booking on air b and b), professional, friendly, and good French despite the difficulty in understanding each other. Nevertheless, I give 3 stars because we had to leave urgently to France to care for my partner and they did not show understanding in refunding or providing us with financial compensation for the night we had left. Air b and b notifying me that 'the agency did not know my partner was part of the trip as she was not listed on the reservation,' when she was the one who paid the tourist tax, at the agency itself. Negative experience: The only thing that saves this apartment is the location and the views from the terrace. Our experience started on the wrong foot; we encountered the most unpleasant and rude hosts I have ever seen in my life, lacking respect, making demands, and even requests that exceed legality. They asked us to pay the 'tourist tax', forcing us to pay in cash to avoid paying the card transaction fees, insisting that it was our problem and that we should go to an ATM if necessary. Ignoring this and the bad manners accompanying them, we went to the apartment and found more surprises there. Dirt, unpleasant odors, old and unpleasant furniture; we couldn’t even use the wardrobes for fear our clothes would end up smelling like this disgusting apartment. Ants, beds that made us want to sleep on the floor, a practically unusable shower, spiders coming out of the bathroom, and a long list of etceteras that I can hardly even remember.

Negative experience: NEGATIVO: La recepción bien, sin problemas pero Están más pendientes de explicar cómo reciclar la basura y donde ponerla que de como ha Estado la estancia. La casa por dentro está muy muy mal. Antigua, sin arreglar nada, sin WIFI como ponen en el anunció, sin fregona, sin cubo, sin armario en una habitación, con tabla por somier en una cama, enchufes q no funcionan, las cortinas son telas blancas sucias, el cajón del baño roto, alcachofa de la ducha no sale casi agua, tiradores de los cajones que se Caen al abrir, sofá cubierto con una especie de funda grande y que no huele bien. Sólo se salva la TV en la casa. POSITIVO: Ubicación, urbanización y la piscina. Resumo: Inmobiliaria Comangau preocupaos del Estado de las propiedades que alquilais, que es vuestro trabajo en lugar de preocuparos únicamente de como reciclar la basura.
