Negative experience: Agencies like this shouldn't exist. We were trying to see a house for more than a month and they always made excuses. When we finally managed to make an appointment, the agent (Cristian) didn't show up, claiming he had been fired and telling me to see the property myself (giving me the owner's details and bypassing the privacy policy) so I could save on the agency commission (his exact words). When we spoke with the owner, it turned out that she had never agreed to that appointment since she wasn't informed. And it doesn't end there; Cristian wasn't fired and was still in contact with the owner, whom he told that we were not solvent based on a study that never existed. Not to mention the number of problems this agent has caused the owner, which she has told us about. This is not the end of the story. The case was passed to an agent named Alejandro, who was supposed to schedule the appointment, giving us the option of a Friday or a Monday. We chose Monday. After a while, he called saying the owner could only do Tuesday. When we mentioned this to the owner, she said she had never said that she couldn't... In summary, a complete disaster of an agency, with which I have been trying for days to get a superior to call me so I can inform them of the events. A waste of time, money, and effort for both owners and buyers. If the housing market is already bad, agencies like this don't help to get out of this situation. Thank you.
