Negative experience: Going with the truth upfront is usually the best advisor. On the other hand, after canceling the visit we had scheduled with 2 hours notice, they decided to give me an excuse and promise to show me the apartment in the following days. Neither visit, nor responding to calls or WhatsApp messages. However, the apartment listing was removed shortly after receiving their call. It doesn't cost much to say that the apartment has finally been sold to someone else; they would have been better off than relying on a more than absurd and informal silence. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Little professional real estate agency. I called on a Monday to see an apartment for rent, and after requesting a visit, the girl who attended me showed disinterest in showing it to me. We finally agreed to go see it on Wednesday. On Tuesday, a girl called me to say she was there waiting for me. I let her know that I had arranged to see it with her on Wednesday, and that was the end of it. Anyone can make a mistake, that's not a problem. On Wednesday, at the agreed time, no one showed up, and after waiting for 10 minutes, I contacted the real estate agency. The same girl who had attended me responded very rudely, claiming that she had called me several times and sent me a WhatsApp to cancel the appointment because the apartment was reserved. SHE NEVER called me. I politely asked her to check if she had really called me, and she realized she had made a mistake with the person. I acknowledge that the girl apologized. Personally, I accept that we all can make mistakes, but I do not understand her way of treating me when I was polite to her from the beginning. For me, the worst part is undoubtedly the BAD TREATMENT TOWARD PEOPLE who call, otherwise, these are mistakes that we all can make.

Negative experience: I give one star because it doesn't let me give none. They are a joke, they arranged to meet with me three times to see a rental apartment but never showed up. Then, when I finally managed to go see it, I left my documentation and everything, but it took them almost two weeks to give me an answer, which was that another interested party 'got ahead' and rented it to him. Later, I realized it was because that other interested party AGREED TO PAY THE FEES TO THE AGENCY, which is prohibited these days and which I refused to do.
