Negative experience: It was a complicated purchase but at no time did I feel represented in the process, being the buyer. All the seller's impositions were prioritized, extending the process longer than expected, and with a lot of uncertainty and lack of communication. Bad experience throughout the process, only to find defects in the property after the signing, and the real estate agency washes its hands and doesn't want to know anything. They charge 4% when the rest of the real estate agencies in the market charge 3%. One would at least expect impeccable service. Very disappointing. Here are the exact words from the agency's response when help was requested in claiming damages, to show the kind of help received: 'Good morning everyone. We appreciate that you inform us of this situation, but on our part, any claim regarding the condition of the house on the day of delivery is the sole responsibility of the seller or usufructuary. For our part, the possible claim is answered, noting that we will not take any responsibility for the expenses you indicate.'
