The truth is that they handled everything, met deadlines, and then took care of renting it out. They have really relieved me of work. Overall, it's wonderful, I give a 10 to both Simón and Mónica, who has always been very diligent with the paperwork.

Negative experience: It is a real estate agency that decides who buys an apartment. They tell you that the first person to reserve the apartment gets it, but then they prioritize clients who are their friends and don’t let you reserve it first. Additionally, they charge a commission to the buyer, which is illegal. A commission that you must pay before they present your offer to the seller of the apartment, it's like a toll; if you don’t pay, the seller won’t even know what you are offering... A nonsense.

Negative experience: If you want to charge the landlord ILLEGALLY. If not, you'll be left out. I lost an apartment for this reason. Their allegations: that the owner does not pay, that if the tenant doesn't pay, 'someone else will come'. So brazen. Report and ask for a complaint book. This has to end.

Negative experience: The agency is disgraceful, providing false and incorrect information about the availability to visit the apartment and about the price. Very rude, terrible experience. The agency is not serious at all, I do not recommend it to anyone. You can't trust them, be very careful with this real estate agency when buying or renting apartments.

Negative experience: Scammers. They tell you to your face that they charge you the rental agency fee for the month, and when you say it's illegal, they claim that the landlords don't want to pay. What a shame.

Negative experience: They give appointments to show you already sold flats. They waste your time and energy, what a lack of respect and professionalism, you have to be very arrogant and oblivious to treat potential customers like this...

Negative experience: I contacted interested in an apartment for rent, and to my surprise.. THEY TRY TO CHARGE REAL ESTATE FEES TO THE TENANT!! Which is prohibited!! IT IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL!! Scam!!

Negative experience: Scammers. They want to charge the rental expenses of the agency to the tenant, they literally told us that 'they do not apply the law'... Let's see what the Tenants' Union of Madrid thinks about it.

Negative experience: We were shown an apartment on Saturday and they literally told us that we had to pay their services as intermediaries because they are not going to apply the Law article 20.1 of the LAU, they say it's not their way of working (as if it were optional) and that otherwise they lose a lot of clients. Obviously, we will proceed to report to the tenants' union.

Fantastic experience: Muy profesionales, entendieron a la perfección la vivienda que necesitabanos, muy amables, todo muy correcto.

Negative experience: Una experiencia traumátuca. Simón nos enseñó un piso que terminamos comprando. Una vez que lo compramos nos enteramos de la trampa, había 4 pisos ocupados dos de ellos encima del nuestro y además generando unas humedades tremendas en el piso, a lo cual se habían comprometido a reparar, Simón personalmente, cosa que no ocurrió. Simón alardeaba de ser amigo de los propietarios y después nos enteramos de que a ellos no les cobraba, solo a nosotros, 5 mil euros nada menos, ocultándonos los problemas por los que preguntamos sabiendo que si no, no comprábamos. Una estafa, huid si podéis. Simón es muy accesible, hasta que cobra y se firma luego siempre le pilla mal cogerte el teléfono. Lamentable ver que Simón reseña a su propia empresa... dice mucho de su ética.

Negative experience: UN AUTENTICO FRAUDE. NO RECOMENDABLE. Confiamos en Simón para la compra del piso de nuestra hija y ha traicionado esa confianza, nos sentimos engañados. Una compra rodeada de problemas: viviendas con ocupas, goteras producidas por los ocupas,... y nos ocultó la información. Simón se comprometió por escrito a repararlas y pintar la casa. No la ha pintado, hemos tenido que pintar y pagarlo nosotros.

Como director de la oficina, me hago responsable del error involuntario que tuvimos en vuestra gestión y os reitero nuestras disculpas, de estos errores se aprende y nos llevan a mejorar en nuestro trato con los clientes, pero debes entender que, quien tiene siempre la última palabra en los alquileres son los propietarios, que son personas y en cada caso diferentes. Paso a detallarte el protocolo de trabajo que tenemos de forma automatizada. Primero enseñamos el piso, si a los inquilinos les gusta la propiedad nos envían la documentación requerida por el seguro, una vez aprobada esa documentación, pedimos una reserva a los inquilinos y llegados a este punto recién presentamos la propuesta a los propietarios, son ellos los que dan la aprobación o reprobación final. Hemos probado otros sistemas y por nuestra experiencia entendemos que es el que mejor resultados nos aporta, económicos y de plena satisfacción para todas las partes involucradas, no es perfecto y tenemos varias cosas por mejorar, cometemos fallas como nos ocurrió en vuestro caso, pero siempre lo hacemos de forma honesta y con total transparencia en todo momento, a veces suceden estos inconvenientes que lo lamentamos y muchas veces escapan a nuestra voluntad, deseamos de verdad que no vuelvan a ocurrirnos y te agradecemos tu comentario y hacerlo público , porque solo de esta manera podemos mejorar y seguir creciendo.
