Fantastic experience: Todo el personal de esta inmobiliaria es extremadamente profesional, educado y atento a la evolución del mercado. Esta inmobiliaria tiene una alta capacidad para atraer a potenciales clientes. Es decir, que generan un gran flujo de visitas. Además realizan un estudio intensivo de la solvencia de cada potencial inquilino, hecho que proporciona una total tranquilidad y confianza al propietario. Todos los servicios que ofrecen son de una altísima calidad, y se interesan por el desarrollo de las oportunidades inmobiliarias existentes en Madrid y sus alrededores. Es también reseñable la alta calidad de la información pormenorizada que ofrecen a los propietarios de inmuebles sobre la evolución de la demanda mediante informes periódicos, hecho que se agradece, tanto por la cantidad como por calidad de la misma, y lo que permite al propietario contar con una información muy detallada sobre la oferta general y el posicionamiento relativo de la propiedad respecto a la misma. Destacaría asimismo su flexibilidad y su disponibilidad en todo momento. A veces tengo la sensación de que viven en la propia inmobiliaria ... En mi caso concreto consiguieron alquilar dos propiedades en tiempo récord, máxime en una época complicada, como lo es durante la pandemia del Covid 19. Como único aspecto negativo a reseñar como PROPIETARIO es el hecho de que los honorarios por sus servicios se compartan al 50% entre la oferta y la demanda (propietario e inquilino). Si bien esta práctica no suele ser nada habitual en el mercado inmobiliario, al fin y al cabo supone una ventaja para la parte compradora (alquiler en mi caso), y he de reconocer (pese a que me duela), que sinceramente me parece lo más justo. Para terminar este comentario, quiero dar públicamente las gracias a MIMAISON (anteriormente ROMASA) por su gran profesionalidad, por los excelentes servicios recibidos, y fundamentalmente por su efectividad a la hora de encontrar inquilinos solventes. Sin duda que recomendaría contratar a esta inmobiliaria a cualquier interesada/o, y por supuesto que volveré a contar con ella en el futuro.
