Negative experience: 100% recommended if you want to be scammed like my friend. 0% recommended if you want to live peacefully. A facelift doesn't remove the mistreatment that people have suffered in the past. You will probably find the tenants in the apartment when they show it to you or they will have been forced to leave. The owners are still the same scoundrels as before, do not trust them.

Fantastic experience: This is a long review because Vicente deserves it. Vicente helped me with the purchase of an apartment, as the buyer. I am a foreigner and did not have much knowledge of the buying-selling processes and was quite apprehensive and nervous, but from the beginning, Vicente and his calm and transparent way, super explanatory, gave me confidence. My purchase contract was a bit unusual, as I had a deferred payment, but Vicente, despite initially representing the seller, helped me and guided me through every step, looking impartially at the interests of both the buyer and seller, and was super attentive, fair, and transparent. The notary he suggested for the deed was super professional, everything was 100%. Before buying this property, I saw many properties with many real estate agencies, it was a blessing to find Vicente and the apartment I bought. If there were more stars, I would give them, and I would not hesitate to work with Vicente again or recommend his services. Thank you very much Vicente for your help and for the chocolates!
