She has always been professional, very attentive, and has a lot of knowledge about all the regulations regarding the real estate sector. Our transaction was a bit complicated, and Karina guided us at every step. She had a lot of patience and always looked for a solution when it seemed that the purchase was not going to materialize. Without a doubt, we recommend Karina and REDPISO!

Fantastic experience: We couldn't be more satisfied with the management of the sale of our family home. Exquisite attention, respect, care, affection, and discretion throughout the entire process. It couldn't have gone better, and we highly recommend them. A thousand thanks to the entire office team and - especially - to Roselin and Pablo.

Negative experience: I bought an apartment here, I was told it was ready to move in. I couldn't speak with the owner until the signing moment. After the purchase, when the owner gave me the keys while I was already in the house, he mentioned that 'when you do the renovation...', 'What renovation?' I asked him, to which he replied 'well, you will have to renovate, the plumbing and electrical circuit are very old and the water heater doesn't even turn on'. Indeed, the entire house that was 'ready to move in' required a complete renovation and as it was, it wouldn't pass even the mandatory inspections. Additionally, I should mention that they offered me mortgages with worse conditions than what I found negotiating directly with banks. At least, they called me to apologize after this review.

Fantastic experience: I had been trying to find an apartment for 5 months and it had been an impossible mission, until I came across the wonderful team at Red Piso Delicias. They are incredible, they treated me like a person and not just another number, they cared about helping me until I could rent my apartment, always empathetic, always respectful, and Roselin Santana has been the best advisor. My eternal gratitude to Roselin and Red Piso Delicias. 100% recommended.
