Negative experience: OWNERS DO NOT RENT TO THESE INDIVIDUALS!!!! After six and a half years of having my house with them, they have left it destroyed, with an estimate of over 5000 euros in repairs and they are not taking any responsibility. In fact, this individual has been relocated again, I suppose to do the same. THEY DO NOT CARE!!! We spent two weeks cleaning and removing garbage. This company received a ton of emails and messages and did not respond to any. That's what awaits you if you rent with them. Our homes are their business and what happens and how they end up does not matter TO THEM AT ALL.
Negative experience: They are scammers. They want to charge me €990 in fees to rent an apartment, which is prohibited by law. And they want to make me a one-year renewable contract when it should be for 5 years. How shameless! Skipping the Housing Law very blatantly!

Negative experience: I rented the apartment for two years, Alquiler Seguro charged me fees for renting the apartment, plus of course all the deposits and guarantees they ask for. Well, I left that apartment and made sure to leave it painted and just as they gave it to me, I have photos to prove it. The owner doesn't want to give me the deposit, he doesn't respond to me.. he completely ignores me, I call Alquiler Seguro and they wash their hands saying that it's not their responsibility. And the only option they give me is to start legal proceedings? Outrageous, really. Negative experience: They showed me an apartment in just 2 counted minutes. It felt like there was urgency or that they didn’t want me to notice the condition. The conditions, current month, deposit, guarantee, and agency fee which is supposedly for the 'provision of services during the rental.' Basically, the agency commission as always. And finally, as if it were nothing, the agent tells me that shortly after moving in, I would also be charged 129 euros for civil liability insurance? Hello?! And it’s annual... which protects me in case someone breaks in, I lock myself out, fire... A disaster. I was waiting for them to ask for the blood of a firstborn. No wonder their apartments are the ones that are advertised for the longest time in rental searches. Don’t fall for it, there are many other real estate agencies that do comply with the law and don’t charge you the agency fee or try to pull other tricks on you. Everything is wrong.

Negative experience: The management they provide is terrible, and even worse is the treatment towards the tenant. In my case, we spent the first two months of summer without air conditioning due to a breakdown (despite it being included in the contract) because the owner didn't want to spend the money. Therefore, their rental management as intermediaries was dreadful. In the end, we had to contact the owner ourselves because they did nothing. Now, as we leave the apartment after two and a half years, they are deducting part of the deposit for 'terminating the contract.' I would never rent an apartment with them again. You pay a fortune to move in, and they take everything possible and more when you leave. I give one star because you can't give zero.

Negative experience: Don't waste your money or your patience here. It's unfortunate how they treat you like a third-class citizen if you are a tenant. If you rented with them after May 2023, you can claim against them even if you signed that you agreed. I recommend everyone to claim these things because in the end they normalize this 'service' that is nothing more than a scam. By law, the costs of the operation are borne by the owner, so the owner is already charged for the 'service'.
Negative experience: They charge you to show you the 200 e reservation flat or you pay or there is no visit. Then they charge you the month plus VAT for the great tenant service, where you have to manage with a website made by a 12-year-old cousin that doesn’t handle more than 250 characters per issue. You ask them to leave the flat clean and they give you an oven that, if you turn it on, doesn’t close because of the layer of grease, a great service. You raise a famous issue that a piece of furniture falls because it has no hinges and they close it in 10 minutes because it's an aesthetic damage. They don't give you the key set number in the contract and tell you to figure it out with the owner, and in the contract, they put their phone number because the owner pays so he won’t be bothered. All this has gone to consumer protection. Why charge if you provide service ok., charge to make me waste a week complaining and then not resolving anything and having to do even the inventory of the flat that was from the previous time the property was rented... ridiculous. Pregunto a la chica que me atiende una característica del inmueble y me dice que no lo sabe, que ella no ha visitado el piso. No se molesta en preguntar a sus compañeros o al propietario del piso. Si alguna vez tenéis un piso para alquilar a través de esta y otra inmobiliaria, elegir la otra. Desagradables, poco profesionales y a no ser que seas casero, trato altivo. Negative experience: Es pagado 3376€ para entrar a vivir en un piso cituado en calle chantada 18 3 4 y el días que voy a recibir el piso estaba todo en mal estado la cama parecias una mecedora con colchón con pis, muebles rotos, sofa roto,horno sucio, la nevera no funciona, el estrator no funcionaba , el piso estaba lleno de libros y utensilios de persona que vivía ante. Depues me pongo en contacto con joselyn stallone y le comento en la condiciones que se encuentra el piso y me dice que el dueño del piso es una persona mayor que poreso el piso esta en esa condiciones. Luego le dije que me devuelvan el dinero o me deriven a otra vivienda y me dice qué no que si quería podía ir donde quisiera que yo no tengo la razón. Por ello, sino recibo los 3.376€ pondre demanda de reclamación de cantidades, daños y perjuicios ocasionado y denuncia penal por estafa y apropiación indebida.
Negative experience: Cuidado con la inmobiliaria, no me han devuelto la fianza y me han cargado la factura de la luz de los inquilino actuales, alegando que es responsabilidad de la propiedad, cuando nunca he tenido contacto con ellos. Aun así comunico mi intención de presentar una reclamación contra la inmobiliaria ante consumo.

Negative experience: No me gusta poner malas valoraciones, pero no me queda más remedio que expresar mi insatisfacción hacia esta inmobiliaria. Para los cuatro pagos que hay que hacer de antemano, te entregan la vivienda en pésimas condiciones (teníamos hasta una caldera estropeada). Además no se molestan en solucionarte cualquier problema. Los trámites para alquilar son muy enrevesados. No la recomiendo.

Positive experience: Son eficaces, y muy conocidos; no necesitan apenas buscar propietarios ni inquilinos porque unos y otros acuden a ellos. Pero poco pacientes; si no hay movimiento, en pocos días urgen a rebajar el precio.

Fantastic experience: La experiencia de alquiler ha sido muy buena. La parte comercial y de firma de contrato es muy fácil. Gracias Rubén Ruíz y Noelia Ortíz nos han ayudado a resolver nuestros problemas de forma sencilla. Sin embargo no tengo tan buena opinión de la parte de gestión. El departamento de administración y gestión es pésimo. Tienen un sistema de "incidencias" que no sirve para nada. No me planteo contratar el servicio de gestión Integral, con la experiencia que he tenido. Deberían mejorar mucho estos departamentos. Gracias!

Comentarte que, no estafamos a nadie, de hecho, nuestras políticas de arrendamiento son públicas a través de nuestra página web: 1 mes de fianza legal (*). 1 mes como depósito de garantía (*). 1 mes + IVA (o IGIC) como honorarios de Alquiler Seguro. 1 mes corriente. (*) Estas cantidades serían devueltas al finalizar los contratos, siempre que no haya existido incumplimiento por el arrendatario. No obstante, la devolución de la fianza corresponde única y exclusivamente al propietario del inmueble. Es por eso por lo que nos gustaría que te pusieras en contacto con nosotros a través de: [email protected] , para poder darte más información. Gracias
Negative experience: Nada si estás buscando piso de alquiler y quieres cláusulas abusivas, pagar seguros a mansalva y dejarte un pastón antes de haber recibido las llaves esta agencia es tu agencia. No defraudan, para un piso de unos 1250€/mes de alquiler será una desembolso inicial de 4.000€ que prácticamente no volverás a ver en tu vida. Suerte!

Además, toda nuestra política está acogida a lo establecido dentro de la ley de arrendamientos urbanos. Por otro lado, como bien pone en la web: "Tanto el mes de fianza y depósito de garantía serán devueltos al finalizar los contratos, siempre que no haya existido incumplimiento por el arrendatario". Negative experience: Trato pésimo, nos concertaron para una cita para alquilar un departamento. El día de la cita nos presentamos en el apartamento y no hay nadie, llamamos a la inmobiliaria y nos dicen que ya lo habían alquilado sin avisarnos. Todo un caos.

Negative experience: Solo he tratado por teléfono, pero son nefastos, te repiten como un loro sus incomprensibles condiciones (es más difícil alquilar con ellos que comprarse un piso) Se la sudan el arrendatario y el arrendador, te tardan mil años en enseñar un piso... INCOMPETENTES.

Negative experience: EDITADO: Os puse un correo a la dirección indicada el pasado lunes 11 de julio, aún espero respuesta. Ya veo que os importa lo mismo que a la comercial que nos atendió. Fuimos a ver un piso anunciado por Alquiler Seguro. Era un piso en Madrid, que nos enseñó Sonia. Hicimos el pago de la reserva y facilitamos los papeles. A la mañana siguiente nos llaman para decirnos que es nuestro, nos pillan trabajando. Llamo para preguntar si el piso lo van a pintar o se entrega tal cual y que voy a hablar con mi pareja y a la hora de comer llamamos. El piso lo habían pintado de aquella manera los propietarios y tenía algún desconchón en el techo del baño. Le indiqué que no importaba siempre que pudiéramos pintarlo nosotros. Efectivamente llamamos a las 3, no lo cogen, y a las 4. En la segunda llamada nos dicen que ahora nos llaman por la tarde para preparar todo. Nadie llama y llama mi pareja a las 6 de la tarde. Nosotros ya estábamos empezando gestiones. Hoy sábado 9 de julio de 2022 nos llaman para decirnos que se nos han adelantado. Ojo, porque aunque te digan que el piso es tuyo, juegan a varias bandas. Una vergüenza y llamas a la tal Sonia, que es muy poco profesional y desganada, por ejemplo cuando nos mostró el piso, para pedir explicaciones y te dice que las cosas son así, tras expresar que es una vergüenza, dice que no tiene porque escuchar y cuelga. Mucho ojo porque no tienen palabra. Pediré hoja de reclamaciones.

Negative experience: Experiencia nefasta. Soy aval de los inquilinos. El primer mes no les llegó el pago y en lugar de contactar con los inquilinos (había sido un problema del banco) contactaron conmigo exigiendo el pago inmediato sin haber contactado con los inquilinos para averiguar lo sucedido. Edito la reseña al ver la respuesta que me han dado. ¿Que mande un email? ¿Para qué? Para no hacerme ningún caso? Y esto lo digo porque los problemas han continuado. Hace un mes que de repente en la casa alquilada con ellos se quedan sin gas. Les envían a alguien que lo arregle. La sorpresa es que la caldera no estaba rota, sino que les habían cortado el gas. La cuestión es que, pese a que en el contrato que firmaron estaba incluido el corte el contrato de la luz y el contrato del gas, en alquiler seguro no hicieron el cambio de titular. En resumen, desde ese momento a mi hija, la inquilina, le están dando largas en la oficina en el número al que habla por teléfono. Ella suele hablar con una trabajadora llamada Natalia. La tienen llamando casi a diario. Y mandándola de un sitio a otro: ahora llama a la compañía de energía, ahora a la propietaria, ahora a otra. Y vuelta a empezar un. Un mes después siguen sin gas. Yo, su madre, sin podérmelo creer, he llamado hoy a la oficina de Alquiler Seguro, al mismo número al que llama mi hija y que ella misma me ha dado. Me ha atendido una trabajadora llamada Marta que no ha querido ni escuchar la historia del cambio de titular y que me ha dicho que a ellos no les corresponde y que yo tengo que llamar a la compañía de seguros de la casa . Le he dicho muy enfadada que eso no es así, puesto que mi hija está llevando el caso con este número, pero la trabajadora Marta no ha querido ni pasarme con nadie, ni darme el teléfono de esa supuesta compañía de seguros, que por cierto es la buscada por Alquiler Seguro, ni nada. Simplemente se limita a decir que eso no es cosa suya. Mi hija esta tarde ha vuelto hablar con la trabajadora Natalia en ese mismo número de teléfono y siguen sin gas, porque todavía no ven la manera de dar de baja al anterior titular para poder darles de alta a los nuevos. De nuevo pospuesto. Ya solo queda denunciar.

Negative experience: Es completamente imposible que las buenas reseñas sean verdaderas. Es la inmobiliaria más desastrosa con la que he tenido que tratar y no se la recomendaría a nadie. Ni para el inquilino, ni para el arrendatario. De verdad si estáis valorando alquilar con AS os recomiendo buscar CUALQUIER otra alternativa

Negative experience: Me parecen vergonzosas las prácticas abusivas de esta empresa. Una cosa es asegurarse de la solvencia económica de los inquilinos y otra cosa es requerir depósitos desorbitados. Pero lo que clama al cielo es vulnerar cualquier derecho a la intimidad exigiendo acceso a tus movimientos bancarios. Me cuesta creer que esta manera de proceder sea legal. Es muy triste. Creo que nadie debería acceder a esto... ¿Que será lo siguiente?

Negative experience: Parece que compran las reviews positivas porque vaya tela. La peor experiencia que he tenido con una inmobiliaria. Publiqué mi caso en twitter y me contestaron más de 5 personas que les habían hecho lo mismo, estaban hasta en mano de abogados. Si aún así os animáis a alquilar con ellos recomiendo hacer vídeos de como te entregan el piso porque después intentarán no devolverte la fianza. Cualquier problema que tengáis publicarlo en twitter que es donde más afectados publican sus casos, así nos apoyamos entre todos.
