Fantastic experience: Thank you Jorge for your kindness, treatment, and good advice, I have the house I always dreamed of, thank you and a thousand thanks for everything. Highly recommended.
Thank you Sive. It's a pleasure to work with clients like you.
Negative experience: Very disappointing service offered, they deceive the buyer for their own benefit. When buying a second-hand property, they assure you that everything works properly and if something fails, they will take care of it and they do not include it in the contract, making you trust their word. When you claim that something is not working and that it was previously discussed, they distance themselves. Regrettable like most real estate agencies.
Good afternoon. I regret your comment and your disappointment with our work. If you let us know who you are, we will be able to understand the issue at hand. Although I have an idea of who you are, I am surprised that you are unhappy with our work without being our client. I understand your disappointment, but we defend the interests of our clients without misleading anyone. Thank you for your comment.
Fantastic experience: For me, it is the best real estate agency, all its agents are great professionals, but above all Jorge, he is one of the best people I have ever met. He is dedicated to his clients and manages to solve all the problems that arise. Humanity and empathy 100%
Fantastic experience: Jorge and his team run Guarderas Inmobiliaria, they went through a long process that wasn’t easy, and they were impeccable, always available, consistent. They give 100% of their great professionalism; they are a great team and I never thought I would find professionals like this, they convey confidence because they know very well what they are doing. Thanks to Jorge and his team we were able to buy the property we wanted, and in this case, they handled everything to register it, notarized, and put everything in order! We are very grateful and we congratulate them on their great work. Thanks again, I recommend them 100%!
