Fantastic experience: We entrusted SQR with the management and rental of our apartment in Barcelona. The experience has been excellent. They have advised us, from a thorough knowledge of the market, on every point of the decisions we needed to make. They have efficiently managed the details for getting the apartment ready. And they found our first tenants in less than a week. We definitely recommend SQR for property management.

Negative experience: Can't really comment on the services of renting an apartment with SQM but I can't really recommend purely based on the fact nobody responds to emails. I'd requested twice a view of an apartment listed to be met with complete silence. Followed up with a general query through the website just over a week later and again zero respone. If I'd actually gone ahead and booked an apartment, I could guarantee this would be different.

Fantastic experience: Celeste is amazing, she answers our questions perfectly and really fast. The appartment was perfect for us and she helps us during all the process. And the photos of the appartment was what we expected when we arrived. It was a great experience with SQM.

When we contacted them, we had an urgent situation with moving to an apartment. We met Celeste and she helped us a lot. She offered us 3 options, taking into account our budget and requests, and the next day showed us each. And just about five days later we drove into a new apartment. (For Barcelona, it's SUPER fast :) Upon arrival at the apartment, it turned out that the air conditioning was not working, but this was quickly resolved, without any additional payments or problems.
