Fantastic experience: We are very happy because we were able to buy a flat in Barcelona (something we never thought we would achieve). Deciding on this one was difficult, but the proximity, trust, willingness, and patience of the real estate agency helped us say yes. Zulma and Mathias helped us throughout as we were new to this and provided us with absolute peace of mind at every step. They always accompanied us in every procedure. I recommend the agency 100% as it is super reliable and they explain everything, helping you overcome your fears!! And finally, our home.
Negative experience: We were unfortunate to be assigned an apartment that was for sale, and at first there weren't many viewings until they started happening weekly. Supposedly, they were supposed to notify us 1 day in advance, but due to their poor management, they did so just hours before, and we had to rush to make the flat presentable. When has that ever happened?... Additionally, there were several viewings during work hours when we were in meetings, and we asked for a minimum of privacy and silence (they didn't even consult us about the appointment times) and on several occasions they entered the room without even asking for permission and interrupted us... The last straw came when we wanted to leave, as the contract (of questionable professionalism) specified that we could leave after 6 months. From then on, it turned out to be all problems since some clauses were not specified. When we finally managed to leave the apartment, issues continued with the bills, I received incorrect charges as well as refunds that would be processed months after leaving the flat. I asked them to fix it, but they wouldn't respond, and when they did, it was always making excuses for lack of time and availability. After much insistence and too much patience, we managed to get all our money back, and we had to cancel services that they activated without even consulting us. An appalling management, they live up to their name 'No Limits' because they have no limits to the nonsense they do. I feel very sorry for anyone who has to deal with this agency; I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to their lack of professionalism and their terrible management.
Good afternoon Alejandra, it's a shame to read these types of messages aimed at damaging the work and image of the Agency!! I respond with all due respect, completely disagreeing with your offensive comments with the simple aim of wanting to make us look bad, which is apparently what your words suggest. You signed a Contract with a sales visit clause, in which you were informed a day before the visits at agreed times, and if there was ever a last-minute visit, it was communicated, we never entered the property without communicating. Regarding the supply issue, we do NOT manage the hiring of policies or supplements, it is the companies that have their own regulations, we do not hire additional services and while it is the companies' regulations to manage the change of Ownership and Account in that way, these are not things that depend on us. Additionally, it is normal for them to charge you for your last consumptions one month to 40 days after returning the property because they do not bill immediately; this is not something that depends on us, just like the deposit return margins which were managed on the indicated date. Furthermore, I remind you that you were given more time to return the property, since you were not organized on the return day. Without a doubt, we have that Commercial name because we carry out our work globally, administrative work, and maintenance of the property, etc. With all due respect, we totally disagree with your comment which we see aims only to damage our image. But as such, our clients and the work we do behind it validate us, and it is completely professional; and while we may not have been at your level and under your parameters, you have the right to comment on it, and we respect your opinion. Nevertheless, we are equally entitled to respond to your comments, in which you do not value many things, we wish you luck! Thank you.
Fantastic experience: The way they have managed all aspects has been very good. We have been assisted at all times with anything we needed regarding an apartment as well as with the management of the deposit refund and contract termination.

Fantastic experience: I rented a temporary apartment for 11 months with them and everything was very transparent from the beginning. Zulma took care of explaining everything in detail, and on the operational side, Ramiro is an excellent professional and human being. At the end of the contract, everything established for the return of the deposit was fulfilled without any setbacks. As foreigners, it is difficult to find a real estate agency that is able to be flexible with certain requirements, and without a doubt, 'No Limits Barceloneta' is one of those few that manage to help you when you need it most. Fantastic experience: I and my three friends had a half year Erasmus exchange in Barcelona and we feel very lucky that we found this agency. Since the first moment we talked with Zulma, she was very kind and spoke to us in English which we appreciated a lot (almost none of the other agencies we were talking to wanted to speak in english). Everything went very smoothly and we were granted an awesome place for a fair price. Anytime we had any problems, Zulma was very quick to help and fixed everything. Fantastic experience: Muy profesionales, muy agradecidos sobre todo a Zulma por todo. Hemos estado en dos apartamentos de esta agencia durante más 4 años. Siempre han estado disponibles 24h para cualquier problema que nos surgiera en el piso y sobretodo nos han ayudado muchísimo en el momento que hemos decidido adoptar un perro, en ambos pisos habló con los propietarios para que nos lo permitirán tener sin problemas. Al ser una oficina pequeña el trato siempre es muy personal y directo. Los propietarios son muy conocidos en el barrio con lo que es fácil tener referencias de otros clientes y amigos. No dudaría en alquilar de nuevo con ellos, 100% recomendable. Un saludo

Lamentablemente en algunas ocasiones muy puntuales, Nos topamos con inquilinos no gratos, quienes como la Srta JOANA KASPRZAK, realiza una opinión sin fundamentos, cuando lo que debería comentar si fuera sincera, es que incumplieron el Contrato de Arrendamiento y más aún dirigiéndose de manera inadecuada y nada educada a la administradora. Nuestra labor es dar las Soluciones adecuadas frente a incidencias hacia los inquilinos. Y por su puesto contamos con la confianza y gratitud de los propietarios teniendo a nuestra disposición variedad de pisos en la zona de la Barceloneta.
