Negative experience: Throughout the rental agreement, they never took responsibility for any repairs, always claiming that I was responsible for them, when it was clearly defects of the apartment that had existed before. At the end of the contract, they kept me on edge, constantly demanding the return of the deposit, which they eventually returned with a significant delay and with a deduction that I didn't even want to claim for the wear and tear that was already there. My experience with this real estate agency was not good, and now I understand why they ask for reviews as soon as the contract is signed.
