Negative experience: The good thing is that they notified us of the availability of the apartment we were interested in. However, they charged us for it, forcing us to hire Kiron's service because 'the sellers insisted', without anything in writing. In addition to that, after the process was completed, they have been entering the urbanization and the entrances without permission to gather information, even knocking on my door and calling my phone directly.

Negative experience: Propietarios y compradores: HUID de estos sinvergüenzas. De Tecnocasa como franquicia, y de la de Bahía de Almeria en concreto. Yo compré mi casa A PESAR de ellos, que no GRACIAS a ellos. Los vendedores se arrepintieron desde el primer día de haberles dado la gestión de la venta. Pero ya nos tenían cogidos por haber firmado el dichoso papelito de la visita. Su comisión es criminal, hablamos de muchos miles de euros, y su aportación es NULA. OJO con sus “expertos” financieros que supuestamente te “ayudan” a valorar distintas opciones de hipoteca. Unos LADRONES. Posiblemente su forma de tratar a los clientes no sea ni legal. Y ya para colmo de risas, los comerciales que enseñan las casas no saben distinguir el césped natural del artificial ni el toldo manual del eléctrico. Bochornoso. Normal que anden regalando panes con publicidad a la salida del supermercado, porque del boca a boca es imposible que vivan. En serio, no os acerquéis a Tecnocasa. Qué peligro. (La respuesta diciendo que me he equivocado de oficina es lamentable…)
