Negative experience: The worst experience I've had with a real estate agency. What ineptitude. All because they wanted to sneak in a tenant at the last minute before the exclusivity period ended. Result: I lose 10 days of rent due to them. Little professionalism and not serious at all. The office manager has not appeared on the scene. Only when it was time to make the acquisition. They make you believe there was an offer for sale, and it is completely false. I had a candidate to move in on September 1st and allowed their proposed tenant to enter as a courtesy with the condition that they pay the full month. All promises until you sign the reservation, then they start backtracking on everything.

In this case, you gave us the approval of the clients by fulfilling each of your conditions, the contract was signed as agreed, however the demand you posed regarding the ten (10) days of payment was not accepted by the tenant, they disagreed to pay for those days that they would not enjoy the property. Being days prior to the contract, they cannot be paid. Additionally, you were informed that they did not agree and we do not have to pay for something that is not applicable. Communication about every step taken during this operation was always maintained, with the aim of providing all our clients with good service. We reiterate that for us, dealing with our clients comes first, as long as there is respect and the treatment towards our team is the same. Best regards!
