But moreover, it's not enough for them that you bring your own financing; they force you into another company in the group that gets you financing in exchange for a modest 6%. So, for a flat of 150k, in addition to ITP and notary 15k more, you have to add almost another 15k in commissions. I hope this comment serves to encourage people to go to other real estate agencies (the one 20m from Redpiso, another similar gang). The attention from the guys, those are good.
