Negative experience: Estafadores, incompetentes, engaitadores. Si existiera puntuación negativa, esta oficina alcanzaría el tope. Podría poner un comentario de varias páginas explicando todos los inconvenientes y problemas que he tenido al usar sus servicios. Resumiendo, digo que al final tuve que denunciarles y que espero que si, os cruzáis con esta gentuza para comprar o alquilar no tengáis la mala suerte que tuve yo. Me adelanto a su respuesta de siempre “nosotros no podemos hacer nada más, depende del banco, de la gestoría, del abogado del vendedor etc”. Sin embargo son unos incompetentes desde el principio, con errores y mentiras en todo momento. Ejemplos: en mi visita al piso, tras varias fechas canceladas y mucho esperar, tuve que hacer la visita con inquilinos dentro (y porque yo insistí en que no podía esperar más), no cumplieron varias condiciones en el momento de la entrega del piso, se me atrasó la firma del contrato de compraventa 3 veces (lo que implicó que tardarán casi 3 meses en entregar la vivienda desde que hice la oferta), y para colmo, una vez la vivienda era de mi propiedad y ya vivía en ella, a los dos días entraron en MI casa, provocando que tuviera que denunciarles por allanamiento de morada y robo. Intenten evitar a Redpiso sea como sea, o al menos a esta oficina.
