Fantastic experience: Through José Antonio, I rented the apartment where I live. I want to highlight the politeness, good treatment, and excellent attention I received from José Antonio. From the beginning, he showed great empathy and a willingness to help me find what I was looking for. I would undoubtedly go back to him for any real estate dealings. I recommend his services to anyone who needs them.
Negative experience: Terrible service!!! They called us at a time that is outside their own published working hours on Google. The guy with a haughty and arrogant voice kept interrupting us every time we tried to answer the questions they asked us to question why I would want to rent a flat with my partner. Definitely very mediocre and zero empathy, in addition to almost null sales skills. Disappointing. (edited) Response to the owner's comment: I understand very well that I do not have the right to question their service hours, just as you did not have the right to question whether my partner and I want a flat with 2, 5, or 10 rooms despite being two people, or where my partner will study. Your disposition as a real estate agent should be to guide and help in the process as a mediator between the people who come to you, and I did not take away an 'impression from the call'; YOU have been unresponsive with your client and I hope you truly improve in the future. I WILL NOT REMOVE THE REVIEW because it is my right to share it regarding the experience I have had, and I hope it serves as a lesson for future reviews to be better.

Negative experience: Very bad service. I have called many times to schedule a visit and to be able to view an apartment, but they never confirmed the appointment, they always told me to call the next day, until yesterday when finally after a week they told me I could go see the apartment today, but that they would confirm it in the morning. Today, after spending the whole morning, I decided to call the woman myself, since I hadn't heard from her, and she tells me they would confirm around 5:30 PM. I have spent the whole afternoon waiting again for the call until 1 hour before the visit, after calling her again having not heard from her, she tells me that someone has already taken the apartment and that the visit cannot happen, that she had forgotten to tell me that the visit was finally cancelled, which would have made me waste time and go to the apartment just to be left standing there. They made me waste a lot of time this week. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.

Todo perfecto desde el principio hasta el final. Comunicación inmediata y eficaz. Si fuera propietario de una vivienda no dudaría en confiarles el encargo. Negative experience: En primer lugar, se me trató con desprecio cuando le comuniqué que era estudiante. Aparte de esto, no me pusieron para nada fácil alquilar un estudio, siempre con pegas y dándome esperanzas cuando en realidad no me lo iban a alquilar. La verdad, dejan mucho que desear.

Negative experience: Los trabajadores de esta inmobiliaria se buscan como sea el número de móvil de un particular y llaman sin consultar a la persona que se lo ha facilitado si yo le he dado permiso para hacerlo. ¿Tiene un código ético esta inmobiliaria o ella va a su aire? ¿Consultan la lista Robinson, en la que estoy incluida? Mi número de móvil no estaba público en ningún portal online y por tanto era privado. Piden información engañando y mienten con respecto a la información que se le requiere en reciprocidad. Ni siquiera se disculpan, aunque sea por educación. Supongo que habrá mejores inmobiliarias, por lo menos más éticas.

Negative experience: Sacan mis datos de un portal, llamando insistentemente, cuando en el anuncio pongo expresamente: ABSTENERSE INMOBILIARIAS. En respuesta: Sí me habéis llamado, ¿hace falta que publique el pantallazo con las llamadas desde vuestro número de teléfono? En vuestras disculpas podéis asumir el error en lugar de echar balones fuera, os habéis equivocado, reconocedlo, disculpaos, punto.

Desde mi mobiliaria no le hemos llamado nunca y no sabemos quién es usted. Entiendo que debe de ser un error. Me gustaría que retirara su reseña pues como le digo nosotros no le hemos llamado nunca. Negative experience: No sé de qué portal de alquiler cogieron mis datos de contacto el curso pasado y no pararon de llamarme pero como 3 veces al día durante una semana, pensaba que era de estos números de venta pesados y los busqué y se les llamó y se les dijo que NO ESTAMOS INTERESADAS EN QUE NOS ALQUILEN EL PISO. Pues nada, acabo de ver que ayer tengo otra llamada de ellos al móvil y al fijo. POR FAVOR DEJADNOS EN PAZ. No queremos agencias y la suya viendo tal y como es su comportamiento sería la última con la que querría trabajar. Edito para contestarle que entonces alguien llama desde su número de teléfono, que extraño, y se presentan como inmobiliaria Centro. Lo que me quedaba por leer. Edito de nuevo para decir que qué casualidad que no han vuelto a llamar. Gracias.

Ruego por favor retire su valoración pues nuestra Inmobiliaria se encuentra de vacaciones desde el pasado 9 de agosto hasta el lunes día 26 por tanto nadie de nuestra empresa ha podido llamarla.
