Negative experience: An exclusive and incompetent real estate agency. Young people are treated as if they were fools. Among other things, the gentleman from the real estate agency (Rogelio) finds it strange that two men sleep in the same bed, making the situation uncomfortable and asking questions that were none of his business. On the other hand, I am still waiting for a call from this gentleman who offered me an apartment that was going to be available, which we all know is the reason for not calling us. We are already in the 21st century; if you want an outdated management, this is your real estate agency.

Negative experience: Don't even think about it, no matter how desperate you are to find a flat, house, or whatever to rent, sell, or buy... they are a disaster, and you will surely have all kinds of problems. They operate in lies, deceit, and fraud like fish in water... consider yourselves warned.

Negative experience: Well, I don't know what to say about all the reviews because I've been trying to contact them for a week to see a studio they have for rent. They have it listed on Idealista, saying the photos may not correspond with the current decor, but nothing, I can't get a response. I'm desperate looking for something, and they have what I'm looking for but completely ignore the clients. It's that clear. I think all real estate agencies are the same, a bunch of scammers. I've been trying to contact them for a month and a half; they don't respond to my email or on WhatsApp. I already told them that I sleep during the day and work at night! And they just ignore everything! It's an informal agency! At this rate, they're not going to get far!!! Mr. Rogelio, what a responsibility! What are they hiding? A studio on Avda. Divina Pastora!

She also doesn’t mention the condition in which she left the apartment: headboard scratched by a cat, peeling walls, everything disgusting, etc. The real estate agency has always tried to have the owner, that is, me, return the deposit despite the breach of contract and the condition she left the apartment in, but based on what was previously mentioned and the way she addressed me without any politeness, I will not return a penny. SCAMMER, you as a tenant.

Negative experience: SCAM. I have been calling them since December to get my deposit back, as the landlord blocked me from everywhere (and told me that the real estate agency was in charge of this). Now we call and they just hang up the phone on us, don’t answer, or tell us they’ll call us back in a while and that call never happens. I believe that one shouldn't play with people's money, it's the only thing I have to say right now about this place.

They have been over 3 months without returning the deposit for an apartment I left with laughter and handshakes in December, everything seemed to be in order. Curiously, they always hang up the phone on me. I hope it is a huge misunderstanding and I can delete this comment instead of editing it to explain my BIG problem with Rogelio.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give any. The apartment is in deplorable condition, not to mention it's in a state of decay. The bathroom ceiling looks like a mosaic with all the mold present. I would call it a 'art deco' style mosaic, as the young people call it now. The floor is super dirty and practically ruined. It's embarrassing the state of the apartment, and the worst part is that this real estate agency doesn't want to take responsibility for anything. They make 'deals'. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: No me devuelven la fianza después de dos meses de haber finalizado el alquiler de la vivienda. Si llego a saber lo que me iba a costar recuperar la fianza no hubiera recomendado la inmobiliaria a nadie.
