Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with the house I just bought. The quality of the materials and the construction is very good. Every detail has been carefully considered, and it shows that attention has been paid to durability. The atmosphere of the home is comfortable and pleasant. The spaces are bright and the layout of the rooms makes living here easy and practical. The ventilation and natural lighting are adequate, which enhances the quality of life in day-to-day activities.
Positive experience: Mediocre finishes although the design and materials are good. The after-sales service once the house is delivered is very bad. You have to constantly follow up with the company to fix defects. Blood, sweat, and tears to get them to fix: 1. Rust on the gates. After half a year, in a year of drought, they started to rust. You have to insist a lot for them to give the correct treatment and repaint them. 2. Humidity on the exterior walls. Around 7 or 8 months later, they start to appear. The excuse they give is that it’s a problem of the town. That’s why in the town, they make all houses with tiled walls. You have to insist a lot for them to apply breathable mortar and the proper paint. But in the end, it gets done. 3. Expansion cracks in the exterior walls and the patio. They usually paint over them. 4. Poor quality or unsuitable grout, which causes it to fall out, leaving gaps between the floor tiles and the wall tiles. They redo it, but it ends up falling again. They recommend applying it once a year to prevent ants and other insects, as well as for aesthetics. 5. Uneven wall tiles. They don’t fix this. Over time, it’s recommended to reapply, and the bricklayer pays a little more attention in aligning them. 6. The floor used is self-leveling, and the tiles can have around 1 millimeter of unevenness. In practice, this floor is very beautiful, but it’s not suitable to walk barefoot as you can feel steps sometimes between tiles. 7. Areas of the wall missing construction paint. It wasn't even final paint, and they left several areas unpainted.

Negative experience: Total disappointment! Since we bought the house, it's been one issue after another. For example, the grout has been applied twice in just two years and it keeps coming out, so when you realize it, ants come in. The facades are completely cracked (you just have to take a walk around the neighborhood since they all look the same), the paint in the interior patio is peeling, there are carpentry issues that still haven't been resolved almost two years later, and floor tiles are cracked or lifted because there is no expansion joint... And to top it off, the social club. When we inquired about the house, we were told that next to the house we would have a social club that would be exclusive for the townhouses. To our surprise, right after signing the mortgage, we found out that instead of 75 shares, which is what we were told, we ended up with 125, almost double what we were told in the beginning. The point is, we were sold something totally different from what we were told. We chose these houses because of the social club, but nowadays I would think twice about it.
Negative experience: Before buying a house from them, I read several negative reviews and the salesperson assured me it was all lies. After purchasing the house and living in it, I can confirm that everything is true. Not only me, but the vast majority of neighbors will tell you the same. I am talking about the residential area of La Rinconada, "Las Ventanillas". The after-sales experience has been horrible; I have never been treated worse in my life. I have received insults and threats from their workers. The foundation of the houses is not bad, but the finishes are nowhere near what they sold. There are many imperfections. The houses have been very expensive for such poor quality. After more than a year, they have only repaired a few things. They do not respond to the burofax sent. Nearly two pages of defects in small print, of which I highlight: - Scratched and chipped marble. The cuts on the stairs are horrible. The company's advice was not to look down while going up. - The pool rim is cracked. They use a white cement, which the contractor itself later admits is a botched job. - Rusty iron fences. They repaint it without treatment and it rusts again. - Poorly insulated windows, allowing cold air in during winter. - Bumps in the joints in large plasterboard walls. - Creaking from window expansion in the living room with temperature contrasts, becoming unbearable. - Poor design of pool positioning. Being close together and at different levels, when they overflow, they wet the neighboring properties, causing inconvenience to the neighbors. - Dampness at the bottom of the exterior walls (affects the entire neighborhood). - Missing grout in the floor and walls. It falls off. - Numerous cracks in all external walls. We can only accept reality and start fixing things on our own with patience. Whoever buys from them takes a big risk.
Negative experience: I have felt scammed, very upset, and to top it off, the social club that was sold to us as ours is for everyone except for the townhouses and duplexes, which is how they sold it to us.
Negative experience: Quality leaves much to be desired in certain aspects, such as the issue of the grout, the painting or the finish of the grilles, damage to the marble and the floor tiles... It can't be that in less than a year an outside grille rusts, it can't be that in less than a year I have the exterior wall completely filled with dampness. And the worst part is that they do not take responsibility for it.
Negative experience: In my opinion, my housing does not meet the characteristics or qualities for which it was sold to us. To make matters worse, we were sold the idea that the social club would be only for the townhouses, and they have finally sold more shares to the rest of the town. A social club that is already too small just for the townhouses. I am quite disappointed; I definitely would not recommend it.
Negative experience: I feel DECEIVED. What a mess with the little houses and the matching social club. EXCLUSIVE only for the townhouses of the Las Ventillas promotion. But they are selling shares to the rest of the town that does not relate to the promotion. 'Want to live on vacation all year round?' What a slogan, and the truth is that it has worked for them to convince so many families who invest their life's small savings. They sell the houses as if they were of first quality (the toilet seat is worse than the one from the Chinese shop, just to show how the rest of the things are). And the social club is like it’s in Chipiona or Matalascañas, there’s no room to lay your towel. And the pool is not big enough for the 125 houses (considering each house has a minimum of 3 people living in it). Rinconada D'Or vacation city...
Negative experience: I feel completely deceived. I belong to the Unión urbanization in La Rinconada. As for the houses, forget about first-class quality: nonexistent grouting, rusted exterior paint, broken toilet seats within a year... but selling you the house with an EXCLUSIVE social club for 75 townhouses and once the purchase is made finding out that right next to the pool there is a block of apartments and the rest of the shares up to 125 are being sold by the town... I don't know if they don't show them the pool area where no more than 20 towels can fit. Someone is becoming a millionaire at the expense of playing with the dreams of many families.

Negative experience: Llevo dos años viviendo en la casa que me compré con mi familia con toda la ilusión del mundo y se convirtió en una pesadilla. Me vendieron perfectos acabados, primeras calidades y un club social para 75 adosadas, literalmente me pusieron solo para las 75 adosadas, ya que, el club no es muy grande y ya me parecía mucha gente, porque son 75 adosadas por una media de 4 personas, ya es muchísimas gente, pues para mí sorpresa que me dicen a la hora de la firmar que son 125, ya con todo pagado,aaa y que no son solo adosadas, más un bloque que van a construir al lado, más vecinos externos de la zona. Que el problema no es quien sea, es la cantidad de personas, un club que me vendieron como para cierta cantidad de casa y es casi el doble por un media de 4. Una locura. Las calidades mejor ni hablar, con el plato de ducha de mi baño de arriba, lo tuve que cambiar y cuando lo levanté había un agujero que no veas, el techo se me levanto al poner un estor, no tenía lechada en casi toda la casa, las rejas y la valla todo chorreando oxido, la pintura nefasta, vamos a fecha de hoy, tengo toda mi casa rajada y con la pintura levantada, y yo que pensaba entrar en mi casa poner los muebles y ya esta, que sueño más lejano. Aaa y no olvidemos los casi 4 meses de retraso en la entrega y hay más, con la entrega de mi fase tenía que entregar el club pues hasta casi un año más tarde no nos lo entregaron y en qué condiciones, hoy en día después de un año de la entrega, aún sigue la lechada sin arreglarse, el gym es una sauna porque no hay aire ni stores en las ventanas para el sol, entra agua cuando llueve, casi todo es cemento y no hay sombra, juegas al padel y las pelotas se salen a la calle porque no tienen la altura suficiente, en la zona de piscina pretenden que estemos 125 personas de aforo máximo, cuando no caben ni 80, y en total somos casi 500 personas , con un aforo de 125, hay que hacer cola y del cesped ni hablemos, entre que esta lleno de barro, las calvas y que hay que compartir el metro cuadrado. Y ya no acaba aquí, cuando opinas sobre Inmova, si no les gusta tu opinión o simplemente dices la barbaridad que te han causado, la ansiedad y la ilusión que te han roto, te mandan un burofax, en vez de solventar los problemas y cuidar de sus clientes. Gracias y ahora esperaré el burofax.
