Negative experience: Let me tell you about my bad experience. In April of this year, I contacted them, and they didn’t inform me that they would charge me fees of €500. For an office of around €300 plus VAT. They referred back to October 2023 when I contacted many companies, and that was when they told me. Now they hadn’t told me anything. Additionally, the customer service I received from the salesperson was terrible. We felt deceived. Two years ago, I contacted another company to rent in the same building, and they didn’t charge me anything! I think it’s a total abuse. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: Good afternoon, I would like to record the bad luck we have had in contacting Inerzia. It seems outrageous to charge €500 plus VAT for renting an office, which they only mention at the beginning, and after asking many times about our expenses, that was never discussed. The poor management and attention from the salesperson Mercedes. Of course, I do not recommend that you carry out any procedures with them at all.

Negative experience: I share my BAD experience with the real estate agency Inerzia and specifically with their salesperson RAFAEL: They have no formality at all. After waiting for a month for the rental of one of their warehouses that they committed to me, they send me the contract for another warehouse that I haven't even seen, for me to sign, which has nothing to do with the one we formalized at the time, because it turns out that the warehouse I saw has already been rented to another person or company. I feel scammed because if I had signed that contract for the other warehouse, I would be stuck with 7 years of rent at €3,600.... Be careful with the company Inerzia so they don't try to do the same to you as they did to me. Lastly, I also want to add that they advertise bait ads on Idealista (like corner warehouses) that are already rented, to rent you other similar ones.
