Fantastic experience: Soy parte de una transacción compleja a cuatro bandas, me explico, tres compraventas de viviendas hicieron posible tener casa nueva. Me incliné por Tecnocasa para evitar visitas de curiosos y así fue, una visita y mi vivienda señalada. En mi caso hicieron presencia casuísticas diversas, algunas de chiste como tener que irse de notaría sin firmar por falta de fluido eléctrico.Si me preguntáis si repetiría, sin duda lo haría, para mí el cumplimiento de la palabra dada es importantísimo y Tecnocasa lo hizo. El precio pagado por evitar curiosos, papeleo y problemas de coordinación entre compradores y vendedores merece la pena y en mi opinión, en absoluto más caro que otros, además cuentan con las facilidades de Jirón, su financiera, para los casos en que vuestro interesado comprador necesite financiación, cuestión que a día de hoy hay que tener en cuenta por cuestiones conocidas de comportamiento y normas bancarias ante préstamos. No niego haber padecido algún desasosiego o retraso que puede crispar al más tranquilo, primordialmente debido a la burocracia española, pero ahí han estado profesionales para la venta de mi casa como Carlos y para la compra de mi nueva casa con José Carlos. Cualquier hora, festivos, llueva o truene, allí estarán para responderte mensajes o llamadas y sí, son vendedores y perciben dinero por ello, lícito como negocio pero que dejan ese buen sabor de amistad con ellos. Les recomiendo al 100%.
