A 10 out of 10 service, very professional and highly recommended. The only downside I see is the price. It is true they take a quite high percentage for each sale, which makes buying an apartment more expensive, but the quality of their services is excellent. You pay for what you get, no more, no less. Negative experience: Bad experience with Pedro. My €6050 (including VAT) was not enough, even though they offered me the option to pay part in cash. Everything was very serious. Expercasa and Pedro, you can't go around deceiving people and taking advantage of the money that is so hard to earn.
