Negative experience: Our experience has been a nightmare. We were interested in a Chalet that we had agreed upon, with two visits made, insisting that everything be recorded, everything looked super good, bank procedures pending the signing of the contract, supposedly with all the data they gave us, bank already involved, hopes built, and when we went to sign the contract for the deposit so the appraiser could do his job... The registered meters did not match the meters from the land registry, suddenly nothing was registered. So we called to say that this was not what we wanted to buy, and their response was that they were withdrawing it from sale, or that a project had to be made, with their permits, architect, etc. because it could not be sold... we didn't understand anything. Lack of professionalism due to ignorance of what they are selling, loss of time and banking procedures with which we almost lost the appraisal fee. We will never return.

Negative experience: UNOS SINVERGUENZAS EN ESPECIAL EL QUE MUEVE TODO EL COTARRO UN TAL TONI...QUE SE APROVECHA DE LA GENTE SOBRE TODO DE LAS DE AVANZADA EDAD. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTA INMOBILIARIA.
