Negative experience: I would not leave my furniture to this agency. A manager who only thinks about his commission. He will lower your price without your agreement or consent. He will always protect the buyer and never the seller; he is capable of using personal arguments, a torture instead of a sale. If you are willing to lose money, this is your company.

Negative experience: Shameful treatment by Javier, the owner of the real estate agency, long processes and unprofessional when it comes to communication. The rent may be wrong, but I won’t leave something so important in the hands of someone who seems to care so little about the situation of Spanish families. Presenting 2 indefinite contracts with updated work histories is not enough just for having a partner who is an entrepreneur.
Hello Lucia, I'm sorry to hear that you felt mistreated. As you know, I was on vacation, and you were asked for documentation proving your financial stability, which you didn’t provide in full. It was indicated to you through Sebastian, the agent in charge of the office, that the property wanted to meet the tenants before giving the OK for the rental through a default insurance. These two issues are the reason we couldn't rent you the apartment you wanted, and as you can see, they are beyond my control: one is the property renting to whom it sees fit, and the second is related to documentation not provided that does not exceed the default insurance. Proof of all this, as you know well, is that you called me asking for a rental apartment, and I offered you not one, but two, which you visited. I understand that this is not shameful treatment, nor unprofessional; rather, it has to do with a property’s request and a documentation request that hasn’t been provided, for whatever reason. As I already told you, you should understand I have personally informed you how to reverse that situation. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: If you really want to sell your property, don’t waste your time. JAVIER LAFUENTE is the person, and his company Alfa Key West is the one that makes it happen. He is the one who gets that dream client who pays a lot and puts very few constraints in the whole northwest area of Madrid.
