Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a close and quality treatment, this real estate agency is the one. They also have an ethical approach to the public who are looking for a home. In 2022, they helped us rent our first home in Salceda (excellent experience) and today happily our second home as owners. Both real estate managers are top-notch. Antonio coordinated all the administrative/legal aspects, making the process very smooth, and ¡¡¡Belen!!!! Is the best!!! A close, kind, attentive person who, with just a few hints, knows what you're looking for and what would be ideal for you (if she doesn't call you or suggest an apartment, it's because it's not for you! Listen to her). A thousand thanks, Belén, for being with us in this long-distance race of 9-10 months until we found the ideal place (with scenarios where there was already little to choose from), and thank you for all the arrangements you made to have our home. Fantastic experience: We were looking at an apartment this morning with the salesperson, the best salesperson we have seen so far. They explain everything very well, and have great phone etiquette. A 10 compared to other real estate agencies.

Negative experience: Well, I am going to share my experience (since I see that many more people are unhappy with this real estate agency). Terrible experience. Belen is a liar; the 2 apartments she showed me, one smelled like smoke and in the second there was someone living secretly from the owners (and Belen let them stay). I know this because when we arrived, they rang the doorbell several times, carefully opened the door, and there was someone inside, with lights on... when we went to see the bathroom, there was toilet paper on top of the toilet seat (I highly doubt the owners know anything about this). Well, she was disheveled, not very clean, and looked unprofessional. When we saw the apartments, both were dirty, the walls were all stained, there were damp spots, peeling on the walls, etc. When I asked if the apartment would be delivered freshly painted (which is logical, for that you pay a deposit), she said NO, that it's like this and if I don't like it, I know what I have to do... unbelievable!! I went from Vigo with my partner for nothing!!! And the worst part is that she tells me they won’t paint the first one she showed us because the painter who was supposed to come hadn't gone... I told her that's not a problem, I am a painter, I'll talk to the owners to paint it, and we'll reach an agreement, SHE DIDN'T WANT TO!!! It's a scam, and sooner or later everything comes to light, you just have to look at the rest of the comments!!! SHAMELESS!!

Negative experience: Hace unos años había quedado con ellos en dos días para ver unos pisos de alquiler, y cuando llegue ya los tenían alquilados y ni se dignaron a llamarme para avisarme. 300 km idea y vuelta para verle la cara. Pense en darles otra oportunidad asi que recientemente los llame para preguntarle por un alquiler, y ahora te llama mi compañera... hasta hoy. Yo no los recomiendo, lo siento, me parecen poco serios y profesionales

Negative experience: Te dicen que te llamarán y nunca te llaman, cuando vuelves a preguntar vuelven a decir que " te apuntan en un papel y ya te avisarán", 2 semanas después nadie me ha llamado. Atención de 0 y compromiso lo mismo.

Fantastic experience: En respuesta a Conchi. No me gusta que me hayas nombrado y dado datos míos. En todo momento estuve en contacto con Belen y decido todo yo. No cumplís los requisitos suficientes para el alquiler. Y no voy a dar datos. Así que cuando se cuentan las cosas hay que contar todo no solo lo que interesa a uno.

Negative experience: La inmobiliaria menos profesional y más "chanchullera" y usurera que he conocido nunca! Suben el precio de los alquileres y si el propietario te lo baja te ponen todas las piedras en el camino para no perder nada de su comisión ni la del alquiler ni la de la aseguradora porque tienen un convenio con una en concreto. Belén muy antipática y mentirosa, literalmente, nos engañó y supongo que a la propietaria también, PATRICIA, (QUE TIENE EL PISO DE ABAJO DE UNA CASA EN RÚA VENDANOVA, EL DE ARRIBA ES DE SU HERMANA) pero no tenemos su contacto para decírselo. Salceda no es grande, cuando la vea le contaré todo lo que hacen aquí, por lo menos Belén. Para un alquiler de 400€ para 2 personas le enviamos 3 ingresos FIJOS pero no le dio la gana de perder su comisión porque ELLA, Belén, la de la inmobiliaria, fue la que puso el precio de 450 y la propietaria me dijo 400. BELÉN DE LA INMOBILIARIA LLEGÓ A DECIRME QUE NO IBA A ENVIAR LA DOCUMENTACIÓN Y QUE BUSCASE POR OTRO LADO Tardó muchísimo para todos los trámites pero para pedir documentación me metía prisa, decía "que no lo estaba enseñando" cosa que era lo que la propietaria pidió ya que me lo quería alquilar a mí y no seguir enseñándolo. Si quereis una inmobiliaria sería y profesional NI OS ACERQUEIS A ESTA, NI PROPIETARIOS, NI INQUILINOS, NI COMPRADORES, es un engaño
