We moved from Andalusia and with all the complications of not being able to travel to Guipuzkoa to see the apartments in person, Carolina made video tours of the apartments so that we could see what they were like. When we found the apartment we liked and finalized the lease agreement, the whole process was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Upon arrival, we saw that the apartment was exactly as she showed us in both images and video calls. Negative experience: INDIGNADO Un lunes 6 de marzo del 2023 me aceptan la oferta, DONDE SE INDICA QUE EL 10 DE MARZO SE FIRMA EL CONTRATO DE ARRAS (a pesar de que en la respuesta a este comentario pone el 6 de marzo, cosa que es mentira y lo puedo demostrar). Mientras tanto, recibo toda la documentación de la vivienda: Borrador del Contrato de Arras, ITE, Acta de la última asamblea ordinaria de vecinos, última Liquidación de Gastos, Tasación de la vivienda y la Calificación Energética de Edificios. Antes de firmar el contrato de arras (ese mismo jueves) me informan de que me he quedado sin la vivienda porque otro interesado ha ofrecido más que yo, y además sin una hipoteca de por medio. Se escudan en que ellos no tienen nada que ver, ya que el vendedor ha querido venderlo por más dinero y cobrar al contado. Entiendo que es ahí donde entra en juego el papel de una inmobiliaria y tiene que defender lo pactado. Tras consultarlo con otros gestores, abogados… nadie entiende lo ocurrido. Han pasado unas semanas, y sigo sin entenderlo. En la compraventa, no vale todo. Por mucho que estemos en una ciudad (Donostia) con mucha demanda y poca oferta, hay que cumplir con lo acordado. No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria, y en todo caso, procurad formalizar bien la oferta para no salir perjudicados.

Fantastic experience: Buena experiencia de compra de vivienda. Natalia nos ofreció un servicio muy profesional y de confianza.

Negative experience: Una vergüenza. No pude ir a ver el piso y me lo enseñaron por videollamada para que tuviera la oportunidad de verlo porque las visitas se realizaban un único día. Claramente le hacia falta una limpieza en profundidad y cuando entré a vivir la casa estaba sucia. Tardaron una semana en venir a hacer la limpieza de la cocina (una semana que pagué de alquiler sin poder cocinar). El motivo es que la limpieza era a cargo del propietario y la inmobiliaria no comprobó que se hubiera realizado. Me pidieron una carta de presentación para los propietarios que nunca les llegó y en la entrega de llaves tuve que ir a la inmobiliaria (30mins en coche de la casa) y a posterior me enteré que lo correcto es que te las entreguen en el propio piso.
