Fantastic experience: Llevamos un par de años con Domus, siempre nos han buscado alojamientos fantásticos, en este ultimo mi familia y yo hemos estado de maravilla y cualquier pega que ha surgido nos la han resuelto en tiempo y forma, seguro que repetiremos el próximo año con ellos.

Fantastic experience: Domus Begur est une super agence, contrairement à d’autres agences dans le coin, ils vous répondent très rapidement, les maisons qu’ils offrent à la location sont vraiment super et d’une propreté absolument incroyable (ce qui est loin d’être toujours le cas). Toutes les personnes à qui nous avons parlé sont très sympa et il y a toujours un moyen de parler dans votre langue ! Vraiment’une super agence , je les recommande vivement !!!

Fantastic experience: Almost a year ago we bought a house through Domus Begur, Ivan, and Jimmy. We waited a while to write this review because we wanted to have a complete picture. You always have to wait and see what you can expect from a real estate agent, but we can say this: we have not encountered such a reliable and service-oriented real estate agent in the Netherlands and Spain. Everything we were told during the sales process has turned out to be true, even down to how far the sun reaches on the terrace during the summer months! All concerns have been taken off our hands (where Marc also plays a big role) and that is exactly what you need when you own a house at a great distance. We have talked to quite a few real estate agents over the past years and I can advise anyone who wants to buy a house here or rent out their house to take Domus Begur into account. A top team!

Positive experience: Personal muy profesional. Este lugar parece administrar muchos de los alquileres de villas de alto nivel en el área. La comunicación es relativamente amigable pero no fácil por correo electrónico. Las salidas son a las 10 a.m. Con las señoras de la limpieza apareciendo a las 9.45 a. m. en su puerta, tiene prisa. Esa parte, no tan amigable.

Negative experience: Zeer slechte agent die afspraken niet nakomt en niet transparant is. Pas toen Jimmy erachter kwam dat zijn manier van handelen niet juist was en wij hem hiermee confronteerde, werden we teruggebeld en wilde hij zijn fouten goedmaken op een niet transparante manier en alleen om te voorkomen dat bekend zou worden dat wat er allemaal aan hem en zijn bedrijf schort. Ga nooit een huis kopen via deze makelaar, we zij echt goed misleid en met een communicatie (die pas op gang kwam nadat wij verdere stappen wilden gaan ondernemen) op een manier die onacceptabel is.

Fantastic experience: No nos podemos ir de aquí sin destacar la profesionalidad y el bien servicio de esta inmobiliaria desde el principio. Nos surgió un pequeño problema al llegar y estaban con la solución ese mismo día. Sin ninguna duda el año que viene buscaremos casa con ellos.

Fantastic experience: Recientemente compré una propiedad en Tamariu a través de Domus Begur. Han sido de gran ayuda en todo momento, organizando muchos aspectos de la venta y transferencia de servicios públicos. Incluso conseguir que los comerciantes nos ayudaran semanas después de mudarnos y ayudarnos a comunicarnos con ellos traduciendo para nosotros. No puedo recomendarlos lo suficiente.
