They are the best in the area. David is a generous, approachable, and skilled person who has become a friend. He has not only helped us but is also the main support for foreigners who are far away, the elderly who need help with paperwork, etc. And always in an honest, quick manner, and with a kind word. Francesco knows how to surround himself with a good team and good people.

Negative experience: Este verano alquilamos una casa para 6 personas y piscina privada con esta agencia y el mismo día que llegamos nos comieron las pulgas. La casa no estaba en condiciones de ser alquilada , higiene deficiente a pesar de pagar 1300€ por una semana. El mismo día a las 22,30 horas nos tuvieron que trasladar a un apartamento más pequeño sólo para 4 personas o bien hacíamos las maletas para volver a casa. Después de reclamar en varías ocasiones vía email, telefónica y presencialmente todavía no se han dignado a contestar a mi reclamación. Ah!! para mi sorpresa tampoco disponen de hojas de reclamación oficiales en la oficina. Evidentemente he realizado una queja oficial por daños en la Agencia Catalana de Consumo. No le daría ninguna estrella, pero obligan a poner al menos una.

Negative experience: Schlechter Service, Zusagen werden nicht eingehalten. Seit über einer Woche schafft man es nicht, den Pool sauber zu bekommen. Man wird stets auf "morgen" vertröstet. Für knapp 2TEuro pro Woche inakzeptabel.
