Positive experience: Very good service. They have efficiently and quickly resolved some issues we have had. We especially thank Lupe, who has contacted us and helped us whenever we needed it. Overall, we are very happy with Fincador.
Thank you for the review Clara, we are glad you are happy with Fincador although... it's a shame you didn't give us 5*, haha!!!
Fantastic experience: Excellent service. From the beginning of the process, they have taken care of all management, providing impeccable support and security. We are very satisfied with the work done. Very professional.
Thank you very much, we are very excited to receive your comments!!
Fantastic experience: We just bought a house with them and both the treatment, professionalism, and service were exquisite. I have been actively searching for a home in Barcelona for over 3 years and I have encountered everything. Coming across them has been a relief and a true stroke of luck. They have always been proactive in providing documentation and offering me help and advice. I was able to visit the property several times even before formalizing the deed, after signing the deposit. A pleasure. Without a doubt, if someday I had to sell, it would also be through them. One of the best in the country without a doubt. Thank you very much.
Thank you Guillem for your comments and praise, that is our main objective: satisfied customers, you are our best advocates!! I hope you enjoy your new home in Barcelona with your family.

Thank you, Rosa Ma, for your comments. After 36 years, we are still very excited to receive the highest rating, and in the real estate world, this is quite a challenge. We continue!!
Fantastic experience: A very cordial and professional treatment. Excellent service, very grateful.
We are grateful for the good feeling shown between all parties. Delighted with your comments!
Fantastic experience: Great professionals. Excellent advice.
Thank you very much for your comments!!
Fantastic experience: As a tenant, I appreciate the good management when we had a problem in the apartment. Lupe took care of everything and with a lot of agility!!!
Thank you for your feedback Gustavo, whenever you need us, we are here!
Fantastic experience: It is a family business and they make you feel at home, the treatment has always been good and they have been very attentive to any unforeseen circumstances, you can tell that they have been in the business for years and are quality professionals. Very happy with your services! Highly recommended!
Thank you Ferran, we hope you enjoy your new home. Regards!
Negative experience: Not professional at all, renting apartments in terrible conditions and then not taking responsibility for the damages and harms they cause to the tenants. On top of everything, racist in their treatment of foreigners. Definitely not recommended. (And to respond to your reply, since I can't do it directly on Google, let me clarify that my partner hired you and I have firsthand experience of the inefficiency of your services. And since you also told her today that in Spain she has to speak Spanish, here I am expressing our opinion).
Anabel, we have checked our customer records and we do not have any record of you having any dealings with Fincador, so we do not understand the reason for your review. You are invited to contact us to clarify and resolve your complaint. Best regards.
Negative experience: DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! The worse company ever in Barcelona! Don't ever go to them. They act they speak English and then they act racist and say here is Spain and only Spanish is spoken. They lie to me and made me pay house insurance and did not fix one single thing in the apartment. Now I am going to court with them. Very racist staff and the man who is the boss he is the worse so unprofessional and so rude and racist.... Reply : You say it's my mistake... We will see in the court. I tried to fix things with you many times but you don't care. There is no need to tell someone new in your country for 1 year and I speak a bit of Spanish and have been learning. There is no need to say this is Spain and I need to speak Spanish otherwise you won't talk to me. Every time I try to explain you shut me off. Let's leave it to the lawyers now...
Dear Amir, of course we do not agree with any of your serious accusations. The customers who have been working with us for almost 40 years are our best endorsement... by the way, you forget a 'small detail': you have NOT paid the rent for 10 months (since March 2023) and you have not attended to our requests. To be able to complain and claim, the first thing to do is fulfill your obligations.
Fantastic experience: I felt completely and utterly supported by professionals, I received personalized guidance according to my needs and preferences. This provides the opportunity to find the ideal apartment that meets all expectations, with varied options and a smoother, more trustworthy experience throughout the buying and selling process. Thank you very much to Humbelina and Joan Ramón, you do a great job and we will collaborate again in the future.
We are delighted with your feedback and the trust you have placed in our company. Until the next transaction!
Fantastic experience: Very professional service. Quick and efficient. It has been very easy to work with Fincador. I would highlight their honesty and good conditions when buying and selling properties. Highly recommended!
Thank you Marc, it was a pleasure managing the sale of your father's and aunt's apartment, we greatly appreciate the trust you placed in us from the very beginning and we hope we have met the expectations you had in us!!
Fantastic experience: It has been a success to work with FINCADOR. The consulting work of Joan Ramon València was very valuable and the work of all his collaborators was perfect. Absolutely recommendable.
Thank you very much, Sergi. It represents great satisfaction for the entire Fincador team to receive reviews like yours, especially when, as in your case, it is from a client with whom we have a long professional relationship, both in sales and in rental and property management. Let's keep going!!
Fantastic experience: Great professionals, trustworthy treatment and impeccable management. 100% recommendable.
Thank you for your comments Maite, we work day by day to provide an unbeatable service to our clients!
Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Humbelina and Joan Ramon. They were very professional and attentive throughout the entire purchasing process. They responded quickly to my questions and concerns and provided me with all the information and advice I needed to make an informed decision. Their customer service was exceptional. They kept me informed and updated at all times about the status of the purchasing process. I especially appreciated their transparency and honesty in dealing with all aspects of the negotiation. The studio itself is lovely. Well located and in excellent condition. I was impressed by its cleanliness and facilities. It is evident that the owners have put a lot of care and attention into maintaining the studio in optimal condition. In summary, I want to emphasize that I was very satisfied with the experience of working with Humbelina and Joan Ramon. Their professionalism, attention, and top-notch service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great investment. Thanks once again to Humbelina and Joan.
Thank you for your comments Diego, and very satisfied to have met your investment expectations. At your disposal for future real estate operations!

No cambiéis nunca!
No informan y además mienten.

Fantastic experience: Buen trato y mucha profesionalidad.
