Negative experience: CONTINUATION OF ANOTHER REVIEW PUBLISHED AT THE AVDA ARAGON OFFICE (Space was lacking) OUTCOME: Well, after all the ups and downs and all the attempts to participate in the auction, today 09/05/2023 I asked the agent E.H. upon her return from vacation about the status of the procedures at the bank, and this was her response via WhatsApp, it is literal: "Good morning, I am already operational, yesterday I looked at your case, and they had sent you the email, but it was missing the letter F at the end, so I’m very sorry, it has been awarded to the other real estate agency, the mistake was the bank’s, all our data is correct. I’m sorry, it’s true the auction is already closed, they say they called you, I don’t know if that’s true, but well, there’s nothing we can do now." After this incredible outcome, we are disappointed to lose the possibility of acquiring a home that had excited us. We feel deceived by the agent E.H. and the real estate agency GFA, and their lack of professionalism. We don’t know if there are other dark interests behind this, such as selling the two properties at a low price and without competition to a friend or a company (we all know what is said about house auctions). The third house, which we did not go to see because the access was blocked, was also sold at auction after our visit to the first townhouse.

Positive experience: Hola buenas tardes a tod@s, solo comentar que estos días e formalizado una reserva de un inmueble en Castellón y el trato que he recibido por parte de las comerciales de Castellón y Valencia ha sido muy bueno. Gracias

Negative experience: No tengo palabras para describir la mala gestión y lo poco profesionales que son. Después de dar nuestra palabra al comercial de que queríamos una plaza de garage y que empezáramos los trámites lo antes posible.... De ir detrás de ellos un mes llamándolos,escribiéndoles,poniendo una incidencia en su página como ellos nos indicaron..... Hoy nos enteramos que la plaza la han vendido a otra persona. Ni una llamada, ni una contestación a los mensajes .... Poca profesionalidad.... Nunca he visto que queriendo comprar algo tengas que ir tú detrás del comercial durante tres meses.

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria no es normal nosotros queríamos comprar una vivienda y era imposible verla al final la vimos nos interesó y quisimos comprarla pues nada que la comercial en este caso Maria José, no nos hacía ni caso al final perdimos la compra y ellos la venta, el dueño debería de mirar que pasa porque una inmobiliaria que tu le quieras comprar una vivienda y no te la vendan porque pasan de ti es lo nunca visto, y encima te tratan como si fueras tonto. De lo malo lo peor. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: Me gusta éste lugar por el trato, limpieza y la relación de calidad precio, el propietario Paco es un "Crack". Y tiene una terraza interior que es una pasada.

Fantastic experience: Muy buena atención. Tratan de resolver todas tus dudas en el proceso de compra de una vivienda. Mariano, el comercial, muy buen profesional.

Negative experience: La gestion tras 7 años de alquiler con esta agencia es efasta. Tarde para la resolucion de incidencias, atencion a cliente nefasta y modales escuetos y groseros. Poco serios. Nada recomendables.
