Fantastic experience: Wonderful person at all levels. Not just as a real estate agent but as a person. We encountered all the problems that can arise when selling my home in Alfafar, and on each occasion, they were advising and supporting me, plus everything has been in writing and without a doubt financially. In fact, Víctor was the one who signed on my behalf under power of attorney for my house since I do not live in that community. A ten out of ten. Without a doubt, I would count on them again. Negative experience: Terrible treatment, liars, arrogant, they have no idea about customer service, unprofessional, both the manager and the commercial Victor, I was behind them to see an apartment they promised to show me, and every time I called they told me a lie, until they didn't answer at all... until I found out they had sold it, is it that hard to say there is another interested person? And to not keep people waiting? Instead of promising that they will show it to you... by far the worst real estate agency I have dealt with... for sure if I had to sell or buy an apartment, I WOULD NOT recommend them in my life.

Negative experience: The worst in the real estate sector that I have known, little respect for the customer, a month behind them wanting to see an apartment and not a damn thing, until they sold it, the final excuse was ridiculous, very little professionalism, lies everywhere from the salesperson Victor to the manager Angel Román, and beware of false data in their ads. Shameful. I know of other customers who received the same treatment. They act arrogant and overconfident. They lack maturity, young and inexperienced people.
