Fantastic experience: My experience as a client in this real estate agency has been feeling cared for as if I were at home. Spectacular attention, very human, and maximum effectiveness.

Negative experience: ALTHOUGH I PUBLISH THIS NOW, OUR EXPERIENCE GOES BACK TO LATE 2022, SO I DON'T KNOW IF THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR PROCEDURES. We wanted to buy a house in Benifaió after selling our apartment in Valencia. We called them to show us a particular house they had listed that was within our budget, and taking advantage of the moment, they could also show us any that they wanted within the same price range. They showed us all but one, as they refused to show us the one we wanted to see!!! They excused themselves by saying that someone else was going to buy it. To which my wife asked, 'But have they paid the reservation? Because the listing doesn’t say reserved.' The girl replied that no, it was just verbal. After almost a month, they called us saying the house was available for viewing. (I thank them because I had already found and bought another house, which I believe is better and with fabulous neighbors). We do not haggle. I do not understand why they treated us that way, but I highly doubt the owner was aware of the situation. Best regards.

Fantastic experience: The treatment was phenomenal. Smooth communication and best of all, Santiago, Esther, and Pepa understand the new rental law very well and unlike two other real estate agencies in the same area, they did not try to charge us expenses that no longer correspond to the tenant.

Negative experience: On December 15th, I went to pay for a reservation for an apartment I saw. They have really called the amount three different things. First it was the real estate management, then the reservation, and when I asked for an invoice, I was told that they do not provide invoices for the deposit (but it seems that it wasn't the deposit??). Everything in cash, something else that I find strange. I have been searching for an apartment for two or three months and decided to pay out of desperation, knowing that it is illegal to ask me for that amount and that I was going to try to claim it back, although with the fear that it would be more difficult because I had paid everything in cash. I went to the ATM next door to withdraw the money and when I returned, Esther seemed a bit surprised and relieved that I was back. Well, today I successfully claimed it back. She only returned it to me when I mentioned that I was going to send a Burofax. She said that the owner had also paid a management fee, another strange thing - so they have received management fees twice. Santiago repeated several times that it doesn’t seem fair to him. Well, it’s less fair for the consumer, and it doesn’t feel good to feel scammed. At first, I thought it was because I am English (if there are mistakes in what I wrote, you know why) that they were scam me, but I see in other reviews that it has not only happened to me. I agree with another review here - that only the owner pays and what they are doing is not legal. They should allow payments from a bank account - I don’t know how they do it with larger amounts for house sales or something like that because I see that paying more than €1,000 in cash is also prohibited and sanctionable. To finish on a positive note - the people who work there are lovely and friendly, and it seems that they want to do a good job. I would give one more star for that, but I think scamming me is something quite serious.

Negative experience: Edit of my previous review (1 star): After 1 month since I posted the previous review, realizing that I gave 1 star, they asked me to change the review. I am giving 2 stars because they refunded MY money. I admit that at first I decided to accept and delete it directly because I don’t like to let anyone down. But I have rethought it after reading that I am not the only case, and worse, reading it completely my case matches the same method and similar conversations. The phrases 'We parted as friends' and 'Once the law is made, the trick is made' also stand out as a title. Let me explain my case: Last November 2023, I went to rent an apartment in Benifaió, Valencia. As a tenant, they made me pay MANAGEMENT FEES in CASH, they gave me a 'receipt' without CIF or N°, just the amount and the concept 'Rental reservation'. They do not accept bank transfer... it was over 1500€ in total... (3 months, management, rent, and deposit.) They also took the owner's commission when signing the contract in which I handed over the remaining +1000€ in CASH. I researched, and it is ILLEGAL according to the 2023 rental law to charge management fees to the tenant, and I requested a refund of my money (which is hard to earn) and they made excuses like... 'these are management fees'... etc. They refunded my money after I said I would take legal action through lawyers after a week of conversations via Gmail without resolving anything. With long faces saying 'I’m left unpaid' and 'We are disappointed with you, we advanced you on the client list' (referring to the opinion of his wife and him) he said goodbye to me in his office. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: Detestable. I found out that they charged the tenant of a recently rented apartment !!!! MANAGEMENT FEES and reservation of the apartment !!!! No comments.... It is not possible to charge both the landlord and the tenant, 'gentlemen'.... That is outright fraud. Beware of this 'real estate agency' that charges whoever it seems fit according to the law. The law states that only the property owner should pay, NOT the tenant.

Cuando tratas con una inmobiliaria de verdad es cuando te das cuenta de que gente como esta solo se dedican a poner la mano y llevarse comisión por captar viviendas.
