Negative experience: My partner rented an apartment with them; during the visit, it seemed like he owed something and he almost had to thank them for opening the door. The following arrangements did not improve, as the supposed furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen had a broken bed base and the washing machine did not spin... My partner tried to contact the owner, but the lady from this real estate agency did not provide her phone number. I really do not recommend it to anyone!!!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Even though my case was a complicated buy-sell, as several problems and unforeseen events arose, Ana consistently met expectations, caring and facilitating all the procedures. If I had to sell or buy another property, I would turn to her without any doubt.

Negative experience: As advice to future BUYERS (because for the sellers who pay her, she doesn’t care), ask for everything in writing, because there’s a lot of talk but the reality... especially what isn’t visible like being up to date and registered with the utilities. You say whatever you want, but if you knew it was for immediate entry! Because you knew, you deceived us with the utilities, not even water, light, or anything. And IT WASN'T JUST A MATTER OF GETTING IT SET UP AND THAT'S IT, and you knew it.
