Negative experience: I would love to give a negative number of stars, as my experience with León de Pueblo has been completely embarrassing. As others have commented in recent reviews, they have completely ignored us only to stick their hand out when the property is finally sold despite their complete negligence. In our specific case, we found the buyer ourselves, who they stopped answering the phone, to the point that we had to negotiate directly with him, close the deal, and then move all the paperwork for the sale, even having to call from other people's phones to get them to answer (that is, to ensure they were on top of our sale while still doing nothing). They told us we would meet the buyer at the signing and they didn't even realize that we had sold the property; they sent us the invoice 6 months after signing, I suppose when they checked the registry that the owner had changed. I write this review hoping that, with a little luck, no one else will trust these people and have to go through these disappointments. I know the blame is ours for trusting them and signing the contract, but the service has been simply, completely, and utterly dreadful.

Negative experience: We hired them to sell a house that was not registered with the Registry. They made us sign an exclusivity agreement, and for two years we do not know how many times they showed the house; according to the neighbors, just once. We were three sellers; two of us ended the contract with the real estate agency after two years. The one who stayed is a 77-year-old woman, and they took advantage of her ignorance, as I will explain later. Nine months later, we sold the house managing it on our own. Although they managed nothing in the sale, they charged the elderly woman a commission. Three months after the sale, they urged us to give the buyer a deed, which we did not have, saying that we were legally obliged to provide it and intimidating us with the possibility of a sanction; both statements were untrue, as we were able to verify with a lawyer. They are terrible professionals. Not recommended at all.

They don't hesitate to give us information about houses that catch our attention, they schedule viewings for us when we can come, which is usually Saturday or Sunday (few real estate agencies do this, none in Valencia) and they are always kind and willing to accommodate our changes of interest in a house.

El teléfono de la oficina normalmente comunicando... Te piden que si lo tienes en otras web lo retires pero claro si tardan dos meses en publicarlo en su web... Único aspecto positivo: su web está muy bien ranqueada en su nicho de actividad.

Negative experience: Como compradora me siento totalmente abandonada por la inmobiliaria. Hace más de tres meses que he dado la señal para una casa a través de la inmobiliaria y, aunque sé que lleva un tiempo porque la casa no estaba registrada, por más que pido información para tener una mínima previsión de cuándo cumple el plazo por parte de la notaría, no me la dan. No contestan a los mensajes ni al teléfono (a no ser que llames con otro número de teléfono), cuando consigues contactar te dicen que te lo van a decir pero pasan semanas sin contactar contigo para informarte y me siento totalmente impotente, porque cada día que pasa la hipoteca me sale más cara y ni siquiera puedo informar a mi banco de cuándo podré tener la nota simple para formalizar la hipoteca. Cero empatía con el cliente. Repito que entiendo el tiempo de los trámites pero no dar información al cliente e ignorarlo de esta manera no me había pasado nunca. No recomiendo para nada comprar ninguna casa sin registrar. Me es muy desagradable poner una reseña así pero siento mucha impotencia y abandono por parte de esta inmobiliaria.
