Negative experience: Mala experiencia. No ha demostrado seriedad, "no tienen valor los compromisos verbales" Su respuesta no se corresponde con lo acontecido. Habíamos cerrado la segunda visita al inmueble para firmar el contrato de arras, con el precio de venta cerrado. Debido a la declaración del estado de alarma, no se pudo firmar. El primer día en el que se pasó a la fase 1, contactamos para firmar... Y me encuentro con que "hay otras ofertas"
